I think the inside paint could of being better quality,, every time there is a scuff mark on the wall and i try to clean it the paint rubs' off

This is the 6th new property for us. The most expensive, but not the best by far. The general design is only average. The guest bath and closet are really small, but they're needed because there really isn't room for two in the master bath and closet. There was only a single towel bar, so perhaps it's a home for one person. The shower has no comfort features. Curb appeal outweighs the actual product. It might be better not to ask for this feedback.

We were excited and eager to move into our new home at IslandWalk. However our disappointment started with a call from Pulte Mortgage indicating that that they needed a last minute form to close, with less than a week before our scheduled close. “We’re really busy right now,” was the explanation. Finally get keys to our dream home, and immediately notice the lack of attention to details: the final cleaning was terrible - dust and grout on tile floors, paint in carpet. Appliance handles were assembled without removing plastic - now we have scraps that we have to try to remove. CAT 6 outlets ...

House was not ready to be moved into. It was not clean and many items that were suppose to be fixed were not. These issues were identified in the walk thru. We have built 4 houses and this one was the least ready. Follow up on issues has been good but some still remain unresolved. I understand given the times we are living in it will take additional time to resolve these issues.

I love my new home but the post purchase and home delivery processes have been less than stellar. I expected better. The closing was nothing special, the delivery was "here are your keys - good luck", and the post delivery follow up has been almost non-existent.

We love our new home but find the response to fixing post move in / post closing issues to be very slow and have some "no shows" when work is scheduled. Would love a phone call even if appointment cannot be met and has to be cancelled and rescheduled.

Building the home went very well. Field manager was great. The only thing that was not explain very well. I was made to understood that shower has a bench seat for $700 dollars. What I got was something that is useable ! My foot just about goes on it. Getting things fixed after moving has been slow but only have been in for 1 month and nothing from the walk through has not been corrected. They say they are working on it.

Main problem is cardboard on corner of master bathroom is still there and during walk through she said it would taken care of. Several problems on construction has been detected but was told to wait until the 11th month to report them. Also 7 or 8 bushes are dead in our landscaping

Interior walls not sturdy. Gaps between drywall and wall coverings of vents and electrical outlets and switches. Unwillingness to modify original plan to suit our specific needs unreasonable. Too concerned with quick building in order to satisfy monthy goals-they made sure we were closing by the end of the month, regardless of OUR schedule. Their schedule of closing greatly interfered with our schedule, which we had in place for over a year and could not change. VERY inconvenient for us!!

Overall the experience with DiVosta was a good one. The house looks great and we are very happy with it. There was a relatively significant issue with the lanai that was due to a complete lack of communication by DiVosta. It was resolved but DiVosta would not take responsibility for their actions at first. Eventually we settled on splitting the cost of the remediation. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Over a month before we closed on our home we noticed the landscaping company had put a very large growing tree almost on our property line in the back yard. We had many conversations with Pulte’s people about moving the tree to the left hand side of the common land where another tree is but it’s dying. Prior to closing we were told that Pulte would move the tree. We are having a screen enclosure put up for many reasons but one big reason is the amount of bugs. It is not possible to have the screen enclosure as long as the tree is there.

I’m still trying to have outstanding items resolved. Having to constantly follow-up, contractors not showing up as scheduled with no follow-up. This has been putting a strain on my work schedule.when a contractor does show up, we find out that the work order is partial complete creating additional follow up from my end. Unfortunately not the experience I was expecting or hoping for. Maria

Knowing about the DiVosta we were expecting more professionalism, espessially regarding responding to numerous issues. Several staff members, that supposed to take care of our issues, got fired and nobody notified us about that. Because of that we lost time. The work order, that we were waiting for a month and a half, didn't occur and we were notified only on the day it was supposed to happen. We delayed our plans to be at the property on the scheduled date, but it didn't happen. And now we have to spend money on additional flight to Florida to be able to let the vendors in and supervise the ...

I'm still waiting for the pool company to do some replacement of pavers and to get the hot water heater working. We closed on the house 8/10/22 and can not use the hot tub because the heater does not work.

Be careful as they will tell you one thing and do another. While we love our home, we have lost trust with Pulte completely. Our appliances were on backorder and we were told they would arrive 5 days post-close (this was told to us in writing). Post-closing, we were then told the date was not accurate and there is no ETA. Pulte is now saying they will not provide any credit or allow us to go get appliances, we just have to sit and wait. Totally unacceptable as they have made this exception for others. Unfortunately, this type of discrimination and action will only be resolved via legal action.

We knew understood post close would exist, although the responsiveness and delays to resolve issues have been unacceptable. For example, the sprinkler near driveway was broken, submitted a ticket on 2/16 and still not fully addressed. The other example is the electrical issue, light switch controlled multiple wall outlets and canned lights. They should be independent of each other.
