Home was delivered timely, process from beginning to end was professional

Have some minor issues but have not called in yet. Generating a list to make worthwhile to fix all at once rather than piece-meal. Very pleased thus far and wonderful neighborhood whith attention to detail.

Not only did we pay extra for, and not receive event for our stove that now is a major problem to fix that will cause all kinds of issues in the kitchen, but our bathroom is pitched in the wrong direction. Someone from Divosta came out to check it and make sure that all was well, only to find out that the entire floor needs to be completely removed and repaired. This will take days. In both of these major repairs that are required, constant damage is being done until the repair is made. Sorry I listened to anyone who told me Pulte and Divosta were quality builders.

Buying and build process was mostly seamless until there were issues. Our project manager rarely got back to us and when we were finally able to do a walk through, the things he promised to have done by closing, were never address. The warranty person we deal with promises to return email the next day and we don’t hear from him for days until we reach back out. Our house also has no insulation in the attic above over half of the house. We expected issues but the follow through has been terrible as best. I’m sure things will get done but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Builder was great. Pulte Mortgage was the worse organization I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Get a new company

Some initial issues with unequaled wall, non-square outlet installation, and missed areas for paint or paint splatters on darker painted areas. Water not turned on for dishwasher. Hole in drainage pipe and concrete in line that caused back up. Exterior GFI needed to be replaced. All have been corrected.

When a home is 'built' in only four months, there is little time for attention to details. Receiving service after move-in has been slow and the 'customer service' representative hasn't been responsive.

Have a list off about 20+ items to fix. Finally after living here 3 weeks, multiple contractors Stopped by to fix some items on my list. 5 done, 15 or more to go. Frustrating since Nobody contacted me to review the list of items before common out. So a few left and told me to submit a new ticket. So now I have to start again and probably Wait a few more weeks.. a 3 x 2 inch hole in the wall next to my tankless water heater Is a major concern , with all the rain, water is getting into the open hole in the exterior wall, Who knows when it will be fixed. Light fixtures hanging off the wall, terrible drywall finish that looks Like a child did or, looks and feel cheap. The quality is not what I expected. ... More

Drainage from house not adequate

Great experience from beginning to end!

Nicely built home in a great location. Our field manager has been very helpful. However, from the business end, DiVosta was very unpleasant to deal with. They refused to give us even one additional day to close on our home without charging extra, even though my wife had to work & we live far away. Our real estate broker who has been doing business in the area for 30 years, said that she had never encountered a firm less willing to accommodate their clients in all her experience & that she will never do business with them ever again.

Be careful with upgrades, especially built-in kitchens. You're upgrading for appearance and think you're getting top quality but you're really not given a choice of appliances. Kitchenaid now has a recall on their cooktops and only one option exists that will fit. For us it's not an acceptable option and although money is offered to compensate there isn't anything that fits short of reconstructing the countertop and space below. Not enough time or money to cover that. We love IslandWalk and overall love our new home but the standard appliance packages may be the way to go. The day of closing was to be a day of celebration in our new home. To show up for closing to find workers still working and painting. Everything was rushed for closing day and the quality of finish work was extremely poor. After three days of waiting for workers to finish fixing list of items no one would come or answer my calls to find out what going and why our place is not finished. Floor not cleaned, a lot of paint drops on floors from sloppy painting. Quality of painting very poor and sloppy and a lot of spots missed. Many areas on walls and trim work had damage that was just painted over and not fixed. Paid for up graded carpet and padding and the padding was not upgraded feels like walking on cement and very bumpy. We love the community and everything else. Its just your day of closing should be a day of celebration, and to be rushed to close and find many thing not finished and very poor quality finish work ruined our day of celebration. Decent quality home built. But unfortunately, 3 months later were still waiting on things that should have been completed before move in. Did try to complete after our move in, but so many punch items unable to complete in a week. Told many times, coming for repair but no show.

The entire DiVosta process was beyond my expectations. I have had several homes built and this experience has been stellar. Even after closing there is excellent service and follow through.

There were many issues that should have been found prior to our move in. The list has been given to rectify and the response to correct has been slow.

Interior walls not sturdy. Gaps between drywall and wall coverings of vents and electrical outlets and switches. Unwillingness to modify original plan to suit our specific needs unreasonable. Too concerned with quick building in order to satisfy monthy goals-they made sure we were closing by the end of the month, regardless of OUR schedule. Their schedule of closing greatly interfered with our schedule, which we had in place for over a year and could not change. VERY inconvenient for us!!

Very pleased with our new home. The Very pleased. The cleaning crew could have done a better job in getting all the splattered glue and tile grout off the floor, but overall, we're pleased.

Nice house.

Builder grade materials (even when you pay a lot of money to upgrade) and shoddy workmanship! Think twice about buying these "cookie cutter" homes!

For the price we pay i would expect better materials, like not using wood window sills, better quality cabinetry, etc....

We love our Divosta home. Our lot is great. The construction aspect was great and our Project Manager was excellent. However, some of the items used to finish the inside we are not happy with. The tile work is awesome. Basic cabinets OK. Basic granite awful. Granite pitted and not smooth and when we questioned granite manufacturer they informed us that the granite came that way. Had I known that, I would have upgraded. The design center showed us a sample and the quality is not the same. Not a big lover of flat paint. Only other issue is mirrors. Both my mirrors have issues with the silver backing. Mirrors in horrible shape. Not sure what they're going to do about that. Pulte builds a solid home but they skimp on the finishing touches. ...
