The house was filthy and clearly was thrown together by unskilled laborers. This was particularly true with the tile work and grouting. Multiple chipped tiles were installed on the bathroom walls, floor tiles were laid unevenly, grouting is lumpy, inconsistent and varied in color. Managers admitted to us that no supervisor was on-site to oversee the grouting, and agreed that the poor quality grout job encompassed the entire house. Not only did we pay extra for, and not receive event for our stove that now is a major problem to fix that will cause all kinds of issues in the kitchen, but our bathroom is pitched in the wrong direction. Someone from Divosta came out to check it and make sure that all was well, only to find out that the entire floor needs to be completely removed and repaired. This will take days. In both of these major repairs that are required, constant damage is being done until the repair is made. Sorry I listened to anyone who told me Pulte and Divosta were quality builders.

Closing day to be a celebration day was not.

The day of closing was to be a day of celebration in our new home. To show up for closing to find workers still working and painting. Everything was rushed for closing day and the quality of finish work was extremely poor. After three days of waiting for workers to finish fixing list of items no one would come or answer my calls to find out what going and why our place is not finished. Floor not cleaned, a lot of paint drops on floors from sloppy painting. Quality of painting very poor and sloppy and a lot of spots missed. My home building has been a disaster. We had a walk thru and there were several items to be addressed. At the closing projects were supposed to be completed but were not. There was paint. Caulk and grout on the floors. We spent 3 full days scraping paint off the floors and still find it. Doors were not hung properly, pavers were covered with paint. 200 had to be replaced. We are still waiting for a roof problem. The bathtub was scratched. The front door did not line up properly. Our initial representative didn’t return calls. Nothing but problems

The roof was leaking the porch was missing the footer to attach the screen to so they had to tear it all down. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Hire subpar help you get a subpar home. This home has been a nightmare to say the least. DiVosta Homes is making my life a living unbearable. This is supposed to be a happy time in our lives, the American dream. My wife is overwhelmed with the irresponsible help in any of these matters. Someone please help us.
