As first time home buyers DRB made the entire home buying process fairly simple even during COVID. They were pretty attentive and always very responsive. Would definitely do it all again.

We joined onto our build late, but were walked through everything and kept up to date even with the eventual delays from 2021, but overall a very good experience.

Overall great experience! However, the paint job could of been better.

They satisfied every question and/or concern I had during and after my home building process. I would recommend Dan Ryan Builders to my friends and family.

Builder was excellent. Appliances could be upgraded. Responsive to any problems.

Zach and Anthony were both attentive and responsive to all of our concerns and questions. They kept us excited about the entire home buying process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They definitely work hard as they oversee an insane number of new builds, but it never felt like I wasn’t a priority. Both Zach and Anthony made the over all process enjoyable and seamless, thankful we got them as our PM’s. They clearly know what they are talking about.

Great experience until after we closed. The builder left a ton of materials around our property, pikes of wood and metal stakes. I asked multiple times to have it removed. It was never removed by Dan ryan or the project manager.

I can honestly say that Dan Ryan has fulfilled every obligation when selling me a home. I have had an easy experience and have seen enormous appreciation from my investment.

The Dan Ryan Builders staff was very professional and courteous. My builders Alec and Zach walked me through every process of the building of my new home from start to finish. Any issues or questions that I brought to their attention, they responded and resolved quickly. The overall outcome is that I am very satisfied with my new home and couldn’t have selected a better builder to build my dream home.

Great home and great community

Overall I was very pleased with the experience of building with Dan Ryan. They completed the project within the originally quoted timeframe even considering the supply shortages experiences due to COVID. Any issues that arose during the process were easily corrected and the communication was fluid and consistent between my realtor, sales staff and project manager.

I am overall happy about my purchase just have a few bumps in the process with timing , and a issue with the home.

With the issue of Covid and the delays the Aubrey was great with her communication and communication updates!

I have purchased two brand new homes in the past and always had to wait for things that needed to be finished or fixed and anything I needed from Dan Ryan would be done within a few days. I was amazed that my call was returned that day or the next morning and a representative would come to my house within a few days to repair any problem I had. I will add that any problem I had was few and just small things. So far I am very happy with my experience with Dan Ryan and his associates. I am proud and very happy with my townhouse. Keep up the exceptional work!!

The construction process went on smoothly and was finished on schedule. Construction team was generally well organized.

Our Project Manager Dustin kept us informed throughout the entire process. He listened to and addressed our concerns and went the extra mile for us. Great experience.
