From start to finish, our experience with Drees has been exceptional. Our sales representative was top‑notch—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the buying process. At the Design Center, our consultant’s expertise and keen eye made selecting finishes and styles both easy and enjoyable. Although we worked with four different builders throughout construction, each one was professional, informed, and responsive. Building our home started Early November and we closed mid March. We closely watched our home being built. Questions were answered right away. We were getting ready for our walk through and Will found things that we didn’t see and had them fixed before our walk through. Any issues were addressed right away.

There is a lack of attention to detail. Many little annoying things that were overooked, not earth stopping, but annoying nonetheless. Drywall mud over outlets, unsanded areas on walls, missed paint, water spigot not working, landscaping poor. Little things but, a little attention to detail makes a difference. Most annoying thing is a design flaw (my opinion) that the hot water heater is installed clear across the house from the kitchen, master bath, bedroom basement and washroom and takes over a minute to get hot water to those destinations.

Buying our townhome was so simple w the assistance from all involved.

I had a wonderful experience buying my home at Riffle Ridge from beginning to end! Sam Nick Jacob are great to work with, Nick kept me informed every step of the way, it was an easy process with them by my side. If I do have a problem I call Tammy and she tells John and it is all taken care of very quickly. I am very very happy with my home and I encourage anyone looking for a beautiful townhouse in a beautiful surroundings to come to Riffle Ridge! Thanks to all that helped me through this journey!

My builder, Kai was incredible. He responded to every email and problem we had along the way. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had two friends buy back here and told them to request Kai as the site supervisor. I have spoken to all my new neighbors and those who had him said the same things. Our salesperson was Greg. He helped us design our dream home and keep it within our budget. Mehyar was our post build problem solver. He has an eye for issues like no one I’ve ever seen. The whole team was great to work with from start to finish! Our only issues would be with drywall and paint crews and their lack of attention to detail and cleanup!

I had very little communication throughout the build. Had to follow up on outstanding items multiple times. Painting is not the best. Lots of touch up needed. Birds in the external vents. Vents should have been cohesive with the other townhomes. Had to provide my own screening to keep birds out. Overall, I like my home, but having to reach out 3 and 4 times to get small things cared for was frustrating.

As I was told by one of the Drees reps " anyplace where corners can be cut as far as materials, Dees will always take the least costly route". This is evident in the plumbing structure where cheap plastic tubing is used instead of copper pipe, window sills are no longer standard and interior framing, drywall installation and finishing work were sub-standard. I will say that the Project Manager was quick to resolve issues when we pointed tham out to him.

Our builder, Keith, kept us informed at every step of the construction process and acted quickly and efficiently on our feedback and concerns. We would definitely recommend buying a home with Drees Homes to our friends and family!

I donhave a Good experience

Very disappointed with Drees Homes. I’ve had ongoing basement leaks, and even after multiple repair attempts, the issue is still not resolved — and now there’s a new leak. I’m also dealing with fireplace problems that have taken an extremely long time to address. Response time and communication have been very slow. For a new home, I expected much better quality and customer service

I felt customer service took a back seat to Drees desire for additional fees (Profit)

Great final product. I love everything about my new home! Wonderful experience. Wonderful people to work with from start to finish. Always kept up-to-date during the process. I would highly recommend.

Our house is beautiful from upstairs in the beautiful kitchen to downstairs. In the cozy comfy basement, we love it.

Sales reps were nice. Project manager was good. Quality workmanship was questionable. Many things are not correct. Gas fireplace doesn’t work. Microwave is giving error codes. Cracks in foundation with leaks. Scratches on front and back doors, so they needed to be replaced. Fusion wiring was faulty and needed to be replaced. Fusion sensor at back doo r does not work correctly now. Never had so many issues when buying a new home. Everyone is nice though and they come back to try to remedy the situation. Hopefully it will all be taken care of.

I will not purchase from another builder in my lifetime. I have loved the experience with Drees Homes from start to finish. Every person involved throughout the process treated me like family. Truly cared about ME and that was so impressive. And now that I’m in my new home, I LOVE it.!

Dave was very informative and helpful with what to expect when moving into my Townhome. My salesman was doing his best, but not quite up to speed on what to expect when moving here.

Jason, Keith and Joey made the building process work out great and all did an excellent job..

Michael was great to work with - if an issue arose he was on top of it immediately. We were very impressed with his coordination of all the sub-contractors to complete our home on time. The one item that needs to be addressed is the lack of communication between David, the Design Center consultant, and Michael. One would we would have a mantle on the fireplace while the other would say no to a mantle and it would not be included in the house. One would say we would not have an arch going into the dining room. We ended up with an arch but not knowing was frustrating.It was evident that the right hand didn’t know what the left was doing. I suggest a meeting with all involved with the building of a home should sit down together to confirm what the new homeowners should expect would be very beneficial and would eliminate some of the stress in building a new home. ...
