We had a great experience with Justin at Drees.

Fred and Amanda and Michelle were excellent! Informative, customer service oriented and supportive. The only minor issue was the lending side, but maybe due to these crazy inflation times we are in, but I thought the approval process for First Equity was over bearing and not fully necessary. The broker agent (Paul) was great, but the title company and his manager seemed difficult, and I don't believe I got the best interest rate but it was competitive

This is the 3rd home we have built and by far the best experience. The quality of materials, the willingness to work with you on any issue whether big or small, and the overall attention to every detail are unmatched in my experience.

We had a great experience in building with Drees!

The craftmanship with building, electrical, plumbing, tile, and finishing work was outstanding. The touch-up paint keeps from rating 5 stars. There are too many small sections of flat paint that did not blend in and are noticeable. In some areas of the bathrooms the caulk job looked rush.

The condo choices were all great options. We found one that perfectly suited our wish list. All the extras in the condo and the Drees employees (especially Sam Z) have been fantastic. We found a few craftsmanship issues, that have been corrected. Also need more parking pads and wish Drees was open to us having a club house (want from the residents). But the pool and community so far are like living in paradise.

We purchased a new spec home. It is beautiful!! Closing in our house was quick and seamless. The price was very reasonable. Our salesman, Ben, was very helpful and patient with us. I would recommend a Drew’s home for those who appreciate quality construction.

Overall have loved every step of the building process with Drees. There are a few things I wish could change such as larger sample sizes or at least installed pictures of all of the different choices. I wish some things were included and not so pricey because with all of the trim, it really adds up! Some of the trim work is not as tight or neat as we would like but once the furniture was in the house, we didn’t notice it as much. Sean was great to work with as was George from start to finish.

I have worked with reliable people throughout the process. It is stressful but rewarding.

My home buying experience with Drees was very easy and streamlined. They have everything written from start to finish of what to expect. Once moved in, if I complained of anything being incorrected, Drees would have the issue corrected within 24 hours. Great customer services.

With several home styles and price points to choose from, Susan helped me narrow down what would work for my lifestyle and budget. Clayton and Charlie as the builders helped me understand what was happening as the house was being built and addressed my questions during the walk through.

This is the fifth home we’ve built. This is also the best and smoothest build we’ve had. A well run company. Lots of checks and balances so the process goes smoothly. The employees are knowledgeable and quick to respond. A weekly update was made by our builder which we appreciated. Very pleased with Drees!

We were very pleased with the overall experience of building our new home with Drees. As we did not live near the building site of our new home, Drees did a good job of keeping us informed of the progress of our build and answered any questions or concerns we had throughout the build. Even after closing and moving in, Drees stayed present and took care of any issues we had. We would recommend Drees Homes for your new home.

Rob and Brett were amazing throughout the entire process. Very responsive and always on top of it. Unfortunately the ceilings in our house showed the drywall seams pretty bad. We have had numerous people come in to fix the issue but the upstairs ceiling drywall seams are still very visible. Disappointing.
