Your sales department was terrible, I never felt I could trust him or felt respected by him. There were more than one occasion when we were not spoken to with 100% integrity. The design center ladies were amazing. Albert was really good until we got close to closing. He was a little more hesitant to correct minor discrepancies at that time than I would have liked. His trustworthiness and communications is what kept me from walking away throughout the build process i felt i could trust him.

I've learned not to trust a builder; especially when they continue to tell you to trust the process and I promise over and over again. Way too many issues that should have been taken care of before closing, and three months into it are still not taken care of. I could keep going but the title speaks for itself.

Michele gave us peace of mind and helped us understand the transition from building until the day we received the keys. Derick was hands on. The weekly updates are fantastic. It’s a very expensive duplex. I know home prices have increased but I literally paid the same price in 2016 for a freestanding home in Zionsville. I have enormous cracks in the ceiling and the mason completely messed up the FP.

I have always highly valued the build quality of the 1976 built Drees home that was my fist home purchase. Several years later I purchased a new build in the Hampshire Subdivision that I called home for 15 error free years. Subsequently when it was time to move my mother in with us, we were excited to find multi-generational options in the Drees portfolio that met our needs. Any minor warranty work over the past 3 months has been handled superbly. I don't know when I will need my next home, but I do know it will be hard to not buy another Drees.
