Sales manager, Debra, was very good, helpful in many ways.

Expect the close later than planned. Design options are good and priced reasonable enough to not consider having things done by contractors later. Updates aren’t always weekly. Transition between work is not always timely. Issue resolution is sometimes quick, but not always the case. Overall not bad.

The process was very easy, straight forward, and Alex & Jill were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I have built homes in the past with other builders. This home appears to be much better built. I am unable to hear traffic, birds, and other sounds that are coming from outside. Heating appears to be a lot more efficient as well. My experience was made great by the Drees team! They were very responsive and answered any and all of my questions in a very timely fashion. Drees, in my experience, was very transparent. Building our home with Drees on Your Lot was a great experience. Our builder, Jonathan, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he was very diligent and attentive to the details of building a high quality home. Jonathan was also very attentive to our needs and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We highly highly recommend Drees!

Very happy with purchase

Constuction manager responsive and communicative. Workmanship, however, lacked attention to details. Painting, drywall, caulking, door alignment, window quality, and flooring installation were all below par, requiring numerous repairs/rework that are still outstanding 90 days later.

This was our second home we built with Drees and we love it. Quality, workmanship, and custom design was wonderful. Would build with Drees again and recommend to anyone looking to build.

Our experience from Day 1 with Drees has been phenomenal in every way. The best way to describe the relationship is analogous to Chik Fil A. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and always was helpful in this journey to build our dream home. Drees was upfront about the process and pricing so we could make a wise decision to move forward with building. The design selection meetings were a perfect timeframe so we weren't overwhelmed or tired. Selections were great, and very reasonable compared to another builder that priced us out of building. Once we got started with actually building, it was our weekend routine to stop over to see the great progress. Our Drees team always proactively let us know of any issues so we could make wise decisions. They worked with us on any minor items we raised. It truly felt like we were partners in this together. Hindsight is always 20/20, but the more removed I get from moving into my new home the more dissatisfied I become and the more I look back and realize how untrustworthy the process with Drees has been. From the very start we were lied to repeatedly about not being able to get under contract for various reasons, which ended up being confirmed as lies when we asked other builders we were considering if we had the same restrictions getting under contract with them. The build process was good and probably when Drees performed their best; however, they rush to get you moved in so they can collect the rest of their money, even when they have significant work left to complete (e.g., grading of lot, driveway). Once they have their money, they are not nearly as accommodating to make things right and they half *ss the work that is left to do. Since we've moved in, we have had significant issues with the grading of the lot, our $7K upgraded floors sound like your walking on rice krispy treats, and the mantel on our outdoor fireplace is over six feet high on a less than ten foot high wall. The response to these issues has been slow at best and there has been no indication that they will be fixed. We selected Drees over another builder because we liked the floor plan better, even though we felt more comfortable and trusting of the other builder from day one. all work is very chip not like Professional and backyard landscape is very bed

Doug was always on site and kept me informed during the whole process. Was there for the walk-thru to answer any question and when he or I couldn’t set up the keypad for the garage door, got the installer down the next day. He knows his stuff and is always available to answer your questions.

Our review is for Drees on Your Lot, semi-custom homes. Regretfully we would not recommend them. Communication from our market manager and on-site contractor was vague at best. We were misinformed about a major structural change and ended up extremely dissatisfied with the configuration of our front stoop. We appealed to the company at different levels as we believe we were taken advantage of but they declined to remediate their mistake. Additionally, many of the interior finishes, namely carpentry, paint and carpet install were just plain poor workmanship.

Great home in a great neighborhood.

It was great working with Ed during the home construction. I happened to get regular updates on the ongoing and upcoming construction. Always been available to assist as needed for my questions and provided solutions as requested for my requests. In overall working experience with Ed was exceptionally great.

Debra was great and answered all our questions during the purchase process. Really felt that she was working to insure we were getting what we wanted. During the build Mike was always available and communicated weekly. He addressed any issues the best he could within Drees guidelines. I feel Drees could have fine tuned the selection process and added a couple additional options.

It started out shaky with having the initial GC that was assigned to build our home on how he treated my wife and I when ask questions. AND we were able to get assigned a new GC(Drew). He was awesome!

The entire process with Drees was very seamless. Chuck was invaluable helping us get started and working on our selections. Franklin did a phenomenal job building for us. Everything was on time and we finished earlier than we thought. Drees even fixed some things for us that we felt like should have been included that weren't. Overall a great experience. We couldn't be happier.

We have had such an amazing buying experience, from start to finish. Mark and Craig from Drees are incredible. In these times it is unlikely to find trustworthy, honest people who are always willing to help. Mark and Craig are that and more. We can count on them for all our needs, they are true honest, caring gentleman. There are not enough words to describe our experience but excellent, amazing and incredible. Thanks for all that you have done and all that you do.

From the purchase of the home with Michele, to the design with Kcey, to the build process with Derek, we had nothing but a positive experience.

We relocated to Ohio and had 7 days to find a home, while visiting here. Drees had several homes we really liked and the last one we toured was the one, we knew right away! The home is beautiful with modern styling. Our interaction with all the Drees team members was fantastic, can’t say enough how stress free and easy the process was!! And since moving in, our builder has been over several times to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend Drees to anyone looking for a home!!

Can't say my experience with Drees was any good, honestly, aside from my Superintendent Saul. The entire process outside of that was hot garbage. The quality of material and workmanship on the home is absolutely horrendous. Plumbing work is bad, paint is bad, drywall is bad, flooring is bad, electrical is bad, HVAC is bad. Literally everything about the home is bad. The only difference with Drees compared to other builders is that they try to make the house look fancier. That's it. We will not be building our next home with Drees.
