Fulton homes was easy to deal with. After the sale we found a few details that needed repair. Fulton homes was quick to respond and had the problems rectified rapidly.

We love our Fulton home! This is the second new home we have built, our first was with another builder, and the quality of our Fulton home is far superior to the other. The sales staff, the construction crew, preferred lenders and customer service have all been wonderful to deal with and the finishes of our home are just beautiful. We are extremely happy with the quality and workmanship of our new Fulton home. Our home came with a beautiful backsplash in the kitchen and upgraded master bathroom, cabinets in the laundry room which are not options to some builders we had looked at They were easy to contact about any issues that we had. We only have one issue that has not been resolved. We purchased the Monogram GE series of kitchen appliances because we wanted the induction cooktop. Our Monogram microwave’s motherboard is burnt out and a new microwave is on back order. Monogram is supposed to be the top of the line GE appliances. I wish we had had the option of choosing between a different manufacturer besides General Electric. I know this is not Fulton’s fault that the microwave is back ordered. They have provided me with a loaner microwave to use while they try to get my microwave replaced. We are very disappointed in GE quality control to have shipped a dead microwave that does not work ... More

We couldn't be happier with our new Fulton Home. The community/neighborhood is a dream. The construction process, customer service, sales agents, design center was all a great experience. Fulton Homes attention to detail is fantastic.

From start to finish the Fulton Homes team was so great to deal with. One opportunity for improvement would be the final cleaning. There was a lot of grout haze and thick chunks of grout on the tile that I’ve had to go around and really scrub and scrape to get cleaned off. Love our new home! Covid 19 has caused response issues, but can't be helped. Definitely think Fulton should review their contractors though - pocooverde landscaping and chas Robert's air conditioning have been our biggest issues. The process was great. The only issue was things that were not repaired after our blue tape walkthrough. I’d rather be told they wouldn’t repair certain things than having to spend time on them during the walkthrough.

A process that was both exciting & frustrating. It took almost 2 months from signing the contract to break ground...that was a frustrating issue! However, we went to view the progress almost weekly for the next 7-8 mths & were impressed w/the intricate details & structural integrity. When picking ur options for upgrades vs builder options, do your homework- some items are a reasonable value - others are overpriced....you can upgrade yourself later for less on things like ceiling fans or upgraded lighting options. When there are issues under the post closing warranty, they respond & tcb Pretty rapidly! Overall very happy with Fulton builders and would definitely recommend- but I think the value for price paid could have some improving. The flight path was expressed as a couple miles from us - no problem - but we’ve been having flight paths directly overhead! NOT happy about that! ... More

Sales people were amazing loved working with them. The clean-up and final presentation of the house was a little lack luster. We arrived to our house to get keys to find the cleaning crew were still here and that the glass stove top was cracked. We actually arrived 15 minutes late to our appointment and felt like everything was not wrapped up and ready to go. That was a little disappointing having bought a Fulton home in the past and knowing their quality and service. My wife had left comments and sent a message via Fulton website on how disappointing we felt with the presentation and no one from Fulton ever responded to her message. After our initial move in, they were however very responsive and checking in daily to ensure all issues have been resolved since moving into our home. The Superintendent Jeff here at Sirona has been amazing to ensure we have been fully taken care of. His follow-up and attention to detail alone I would give 5 stars. ... More
