Sales people were amazing loved working with them. The clean-up and final presentation of the house was a little lack luster. We arrived to our house to get keys to find the cleaning crew were still here and that the glass stove top was cracked. We actually arrived 15 minutes late to our appointment and felt like everything was not wrapped up and ready to go. That was a little disappointing having bought a Fulton home in the past and knowing their quality and service. My wife had left comments and sent a message via Fulton website on how disappointing we felt with the presentation and no one from Fulton ever responded to her message. After our initial move in, they were however very responsive and checking in daily to ensure all issues have been resolved since moving into our home. The Superintendent Jeff here at Sirona has been amazing to ensure we have been fully taken care of. His follow-up and attention to detail alone I would give 5 stars. ... More

If you've never had a new home built, there will be problems. Fulton does closely monitor the build to eliminate potential problems

Tile floor laid after floor trim on walls leaving poor paint trim. cabinet door finish not consistent. bottom door weather strip damaged during construction. Patches in walls paint obviously outstanding.

The builder is very good and the staff are great. I would not recommend Homeowners Financial we went through a very rough and awful process,They were very rude and no patience at all. Not knowledgeable at all. Never heard from them after 6 months. Thanks to Albert we were able to buy our house through OnQ Financial with Phyllis awesome team definitely recommend it. Thanks to them they were able to make it happen. Also the painters forgot about our back home to painted. We ares till waiting for them. Also Poco Verde wouldn't recommend them as well, I'm waiting for a month for when they are going to start the front yard and the designer forgot to submit the paperwork to AAM. I started the process since June. They are barely send the papers after I contacted the community manager many times then they contact her I almost lost the deposit from the front yard with AAM. The thing we love most about our home is that it increased $10,000 in value by the time they completed it from what we paid for it. Other features that Fulton homes have that a lot of other builders do not is the wood blinds that are standard throughout the house, the WiFi thermostat, and all the lights are LED. I also loved the huge 8'x 42" entry door. However, we were disappointed in some of the work the subs did. NOBODY cleaned up after themselves. The drywall mess was not cleaned up before the painter sprayed our trim work, resulting in chunks of debris on our trim. Floor tile was installed before they finished painting and no drop cloths were used. Mortar buckets were washed out over the sidewalk pavers leaving stains. Paper and garbage was dropped inside and out wherever subs were working and not cleaned up. The building supt made sure these items were fixed before we moved in, but if Fulton is going to toot their workmanship these issues need to be addressed. ... More

I do love this new house but there are a lot of "buts." This is the third new house we have built - the other two were in Florida. Quite a difference. Some of the workers who built our house were very sloppy and careless. They opened the front door at one point and punched a huge hole in the wall with the doorknob. The garage floor has numerous stains from carelessness with materials. The builder was responsible for landscaping the front in Florida - and we had beautiful palm trees and plants. Fulton does none of the landscaping but offers $2500 when the owner finishes landscaping the front. To do a comparable job to what we had in Florida cost much more than $2500. I don't understand why cement block is not used to build houses in this heat and termite country. I had never seen a house built with sheets of Styrofoam used for insulation! Looks like two people did the texture on the walls - one from the top and one on the bottom. They met in the middle leaving a definite line. We had this redone. Wherever painters had to patch and re-paint it looked like they used a different type of paint - shiny finish as opposed to flat finish. We had this redone. Our beautiful granite counter top was not sealed! Water soaked right into it. Had to have it resealed. The outside trim under the roof needed to be repainted. The first painter who came to repaint talked on his cell phone the whole time and the paint job looked bad when he finished - many missed places. The second painter did a wonderful job. After our 30 day of occupancy, we still have incomplete items from initial walk-thru. These include cabinet replacement and scratches. There are also paint touch ups and door sanding and painting that need to be completed. We must say we are very disappointed in interior door and cabinet quality. The stucco and paint repairs to popouts were very sloppy. The wrong paint was used. You can see exactly where repairs were made. These concerns remain on on the punchlist. ... More

A struggle to get follow up after move in. Small repairs are difficult to get addressed. Can’t file work orders if they don’t close the last one. Only one request can be submitted at a time, even if they ignore your current request, your blocked from reporting issues, such as small leaks and it seems they are just very busy. ... More

We love our new Fulton Home. The smart home features are great. General workmanship is solid. We have had a few issues. One small electrical issue that is to be expected with a new home. Issue with sliding glass door, which seems that it may be a recurring issue due to materials used. Fulton could be quicker in response time. Our closing date was pushed back 2 months because of covid. We were lied to about our appliances. Our appliances were not ordered until the day AFTER our orientation. overall good company to purchase a home for but once home purchase within the first week there where some issues with plumbing, and some other areas in the house like tile issues not have the spare paint that i was told to complete touch ups and the bathroom door in the master doesn't lock where currently still waiting to have repaired which currently has been around over 1 month going to 2. enjoying the house overall hope can get this things repair in a timely manner. ... We give the each buyer 10 days after contract to make all decisions involving structural options, because we apply for the building permit. After that time, the permit has been ordered and structural options are finalized.

It took 9 months to complete the home. It seemed at times they were dragging their feet on the work. The quality is good but the paint job on trim is lacking.
