The sale process with Beth was a breeze and she did her best to always answer our questions up front and give us straight answers even though the news was not always great. All that keeps me from making this a full 5 star review is once the sale process was over and we signed the fixes and some minor issues were rushed. Nothing that was overly detrimental, but the quality assurance was lacking. All in all, I am happy with my home and hope it holds up.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars in responsiveness to issues is because I still dealing with issues that I reported during the final walk through on December 28 2020 that is more than two months ago.

The Fulton team is wonderful, everyone went above and beyond to deliver and incredible home! We loved the pricing, location and customization available for the home! Our only set back was some damage to home upon delivery that didn’t seem to be addressed properly. This included incorrect paint for cabinets that were scratched and a broken tub spout in the bathroom upstairs which we are over a month in waiting for the repair.

Great people to work with Beth & Philip alway their to answer our questions, no matter how many times we called for updates. Friendly and professional.

From Tracy in sales to Josh on the building end the entire process was seamless, best experience I’ve had in home buying and this is my second Fulton home.

Fulton Homes are among the best in the state. Excellent value and quality - the design center was almost overwhelming with the choice of selections. They made it easy to stay within budget and the build time was on-point.

Yes, I have purchased three homes from Fulton Homes and specifically Ed - a great salesperson for Fulton Homes. All have been very good experiences. Focusing on the customer is the highest priority at Fulton. Thank you, Ed, Alex and Fulton Homes for making out forever home a great one!

We have had issues with some of the tasks we have asked to get done at closing. Which took over a month to address. The landscaping vendor that handles the turf has already been called back due to poor craftmanship. The communication with Poco Verde is one of the worst that I've experienced.

Everything went very smoothly

This was a great experience, from the sales rep (Larry), the design center coordinator (Cindee), to the project manage (John). If the is one miss, it was with the painter. We had bare spots in some areas and paint where it wasn’t suppose to be, on ceramic tile and grout in numerous places. Of course there were some other issues, but so minor, they don’t need mentioning. In addition, John was, and is, all over those.

Throughout the entire process I met so many new people whom are very knowledgeable, professional, positive and fun. From the salesman, to the decorator, loan officer they suggested and final inspector everyone was beyond helpful, kind and I value meeting them and they help they gave. The only person who was not very friendly was the contractor they originally had on my build. He seemed very nice in person but on the phone was did not respond to questions I had multiple times. Other times he did respond he was very short with me and rude which is why they received only 4 stars on Responsiveness to issues. Other than that I had a great experience and I love my new home. ... I've heard good things about Fulton homes from co-workers to friends. It's true. They're well built. They respond to issues in timely manner.

The foreman for our build was great, super responsive, patient, and accommodating. Sales people were also quick to respond and pleasant. Any potential issues were addressed and resolved with no issues. Overall good experience with a new build during a busy market time. Thank you!

We entered into this process expecting it to be akin to getting teeth pulled. Instead we were walked through every step with a bevy of information and every single question answered. We were encouraged to check in on progress whenever the build team wasn't there, which we did every single Sunday. I was able to ask all my annoying questions along the way that were really born out of curiosity. Now only were they responsive to my endless list, but I got extremely engaged responses with answers to questions they knew would pop up through discourse. Wonderful experience!

I purchased a new build configured by a buyer that cancelled due to COVID so I only worked with them from home build completion to move in. They are extremely professional and honest. Even bad news is delivered accurately with clear next steps. I look forward to building with them in the future.

We bought a spec home so process was pretty quick and easy. Our dealings have been great, everyone has been friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.

I have nothing specific to say about the house either positive or negative. I bought a model home so it came with some features that other homes probably didn't. I am happy with my house. I would recommend this builder.

Fulton Homes has a very good reputation for making quality homes. They did not disappoint. The style and look of our home is wonderful and reminds us of the homes in Minnesota where we are from originally.
