Awesome builder! I’m very pleased with how my house turned out!

We had no real issues. We did try to make a few changes at the appropriate times during the process and was given a hard time, which was we didn't understand or deserve. We paid a lot of money for this house and have every right to do that. Other than that, it went well and we're happy with our home. Thank you Fulton!

I would buy another Fulton house in the future

Overall Fulton builds a good home. I really enjoyed working Ed. I wish the landscaping design had been included in the home buying process and that a few finishing touches were completed with a greater degree of quality. It is a bit of a hassle to have to arrange for completion of your front yard landscaping. You are given a timeline to get HOA approval on the design beforehand then you must pay out of pocket, then you must get HOA approval after completion before you are reimbursed funds Fulton leaves in care of the HOA. If you can't get the work completed within the specified timeframe you forfeit them and you will not be reimbursed for what you had to pay out of pocket. I have had to make multiple calls to ensure the HOA got my approval out in a timely manner and, I have had to stay after the landscaping company to ensure they get started in a timely manner. I am now over two months out from closing and my yard is still bare. That being said I am excited to see what my yard looks like once it is completed and I anticipate that it will be completed prior to the deadline. ... More

Tile floor laid after floor trim on walls leaving poor paint trim. cabinet door finish not consistent. bottom door weather strip damaged during construction. Patches in walls paint obviously outstanding.

The builder is very good and the staff are great. I would not recommend Homeowners Financial we went through a very rough and awful process,They were very rude and no patience at all. Not knowledgeable at all. Never heard from them after 6 months. Thanks to Albert we were able to buy our house through OnQ Financial with Phyllis awesome team definitely recommend it. Thanks to them they were able to make it happen. Also the painters forgot about our back home to painted. We ares till waiting for them. Also Poco Verde wouldn't recommend them as well, I'm waiting for a month for when they are going to start the front yard and the designer forgot to submit the paperwork to AAM. I started the process since June. They are barely send the papers after I contacted the community manager many times then they contact her I almost lost the deposit from the front yard with AAM. Fulton made my home buyers experience go very smoothly

Liked the ability to semi customize our home and choose options where other builders give you a cookie cutter home.

Sales people were anxious to add high ticket options (SPA shower, deluxe garage door, oversized patio), but missed smaller items (extra electrical on over-sized patio, top of sink disposal switch..bad hip makes under sink switch a problem)

Marc was awesome helping us with the minor issues we found during inspection and after we moved in.

If you've never had a new home built, there will be problems. Fulton does closely monitor the build to eliminate potential problems

Overall the home is great. The Fulton staff have been quick to respond to concerns. The paint in the home is the cheapest chalk like paint you can get. It shows EVERYTHING. If you have kids it would be a hot mess. We've built 3 homes and this one is the most cosmetically pretty one yet.

I didn't have the full Fulton experience since I bought a model home. I was pleased with our sales rep. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.

The process was great. The only issue was things that were not repaired after our blue tape walkthrough. I’d rather be told they wouldn’t repair certain things than having to spend time on them during the walkthrough.

The thing we love most about our home is that it increased $10,000 in value by the time they completed it from what we paid for it. Other features that Fulton homes have that a lot of other builders do not is the wood blinds that are standard throughout the house, the WiFi thermostat, and all the lights are LED. I also loved the huge 8'x 42" entry door. However, we were disappointed in some of the work the subs did. NOBODY cleaned up after themselves. The drywall mess was not cleaned up before the painter sprayed our trim work, resulting in chunks of debris on our trim. Floor tile was installed before they finished painting and no drop cloths were used. Mortar buckets were washed out over the sidewalk pavers leaving stains. Paper and garbage was dropped inside and out wherever subs were working and not cleaned up. The building supt made sure these items were fixed before we moved in, but if Fulton is going to toot their workmanship these issues need to be addressed. ... More

Fulton home buying process met my expectations and the finished home looks beautiful and well made.

A process that was both exciting & frustrating. It took almost 2 months from signing the contract to break ground...that was a frustrating issue! However, we went to view the progress almost weekly for the next 7-8 mths & were impressed w/the intricate details & structural integrity. When picking ur options for upgrades vs builder options, do your homework- some items are a reasonable value - others are overpriced....you can upgrade yourself later for less on things like ceiling fans or upgraded lighting options. When there are issues under the post closing warranty, they respond & tcb Pretty rapidly! Overall very happy with Fulton builders and would definitely recommend- but I think the value for price paid could have some improving. The flight path was expressed as a couple miles from us - no problem - but we’ve been having flight paths directly overhead! NOT happy about that! ... More
