We had a great experience with buying a Highland Home. Dylan and Renee are great to deal with. They were responsive and friendly. Dylan responds in a timely manner to any tickets we opened and if he wasn't available, they assigned another person quickly. We have been super pleased.

Our Highland home buying experience was great. The highland team was easy to work with and our builder Jack was awesome.

We purchased our Highland a home in July. The process want smoothly and everyone that we dealt with was knowledgeable and responsive. We specifically worked with Geoff from Highland. Every concern was addressed and minor repairs were made in a timely manor. I would highly recommend Highland homes.

We decided on Highland homes because our relator Aaron, he sold us on highland homes. Then the sales person, Adam was on point with his expertise and knowledge. We had the best project manager and he truly made our experience top notch. He was responsive and continues to be responsive with any questions we have. He listened to our questions and concerns and was always proactive with any challenges. The project manager can make or break your experience and I wish everyone could experience having someone like Jovanny on their team through the building process.

Our family has gone through the process of building a home before but working with Highland such a refreshingly positive experience all around. Everything from the lot, floor plan, and design selections with our sales consultant, to seeing it all come to life in real time with our outstanding construction manager. They were both super cooperative, professional, and always looking to help navigate us through decisions. What a great team to work with all the way to closing day! They made the whole home buying expensive smooth and easy

High quality workmanship, good response from sales representatives, Project Manager was exceptional, loved the Architecture. Negatives were that 3 of the 6 bathrooms were in the first 300 sq ft of house and many interior doors were too narrow. Great service and fast response time after closing to fix a few small repair items. Overall great experience.

Heather teamed up with our realtor, Amy, and walked us through every step using FaceTime and photos, she made sure we knew exactly what was going on, kept us comfortable and confident, and never left us wondering if we were getting everything we wanted. Henry, our Highland Homes builder went above and beyond. He took extra time to FaceTime us, send frequent pictures, and give continuous updates so we always felt connected to the build, even from far away. We chose Highland based on the large lot and amazing floor plan. The ability to customize everything allowed us to make this home our dream home! The process was extremely smooth. Our builder, Michael, really went above and beyond with communication, keeping us in the loop and offering ideas to support us through the process. Even after closing, we were able to contact him with questions and he still responded with the same friendliness and speed as though we were still building. I would absolutely recommend Highland for anyone looking for beautiful and quality work.

The building process was very smooth and seamless. Jonathan, the Highland construction manager was outstanding! He was very responsive, professional and detailed-oriented from start to finish. Even though we lived in Virginia during the building process, he made sure to give us regular updates so we never felt out of touch with the process. He kept the project on track, solved issues quickly and delivered a beautiful home exactly as we envisioned it. I highly recommend!!

Cris, Gigi & Skyler were an amazing team for my buying experience in new Braunfels. They were all incredibly responsive, showed empathy and caring for me having a positive experience with Highland Homes. They were also incredibly accommodating with my request and concerns. They took the time to explain why they could or could not accommodate different requests. They also have continued to be warm and friendly and accommodating post sale. I would highly recommend the New Braunfels team for anybody shopping for a new construction or spec home.
