I cannot say enough great things about the Fairway Ranch Construction and Sales Teams. Both teams were great at communicating with us throughout the entire build process, and they made it evident that our needs and concerns were of the highest priority. This made for a fantastic experience, as a whole. We couldn't be happier with our home and the community we chose to build in. We will definitely be recommending Highland to anyone looking to build a new home!

Highland went above expectations in meeting our needs in buying a new home. We requested knob and handle changes and crown molding additions. Walk through PRIOR to close was most extensive we have had in buying a new home. Great price, product, and features. Sales team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Average home builder...

During the construction of our home, the company made an error, installing something we had discussed but not ordered. When we noticed the error, they insisted on our NOT paying for that item. They acknowledged their error and paid for it. If I ever build another house, I will go to Highland.

Please please have your own inspector The labor they hire are worthless not good workmanship. They do not take pride in their work There is never a foreman in site yo check behind workers. I been in my home abouy 2 months now. Im still having problem. Had a leak in my house the first month. Poorly built. Im not satisfied about my house. I had to have highland come back and nailed down my floor board still having electrical problems present day 3/20/2019. Very very upset about my whole building experience. Never never again. I will never never refer highland homes to anyone, not even have a homeless dog live in an highland home. ... More

I love my new home, it has everything that my family and I needed. Highland’s Team was a pleasure to work with from day 1, they provided and lot of information and encourage research of our new home, what a great experience.

Pricing was reasonable for the quality that you receipt

The best thing about Highland Homes, the people. Ethan and Sean especially. Ethan is awesome. His attention to detail and follow through are exceptional. The same goes for Sean. They are the reason buying this home was a good experience. Yes we had problems and issues, almost all very minor, but these guys have been there start to finish. That’s why the overall experience rates a 5 star. Because of your people.

Don't get me wrong, we like our new house. Our frustration was with the build process and post close process. It feels like quality control in the build process is non-existent. My advice? Be diligent in making sure everything is completed appropriately. Be demanding to ensure you are fully satisfied.

Great Home!!!

My timing was not ideal with being between three holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Regardless the responsiveness and the handling of all the issues from the construction manager was outstanding. Many thanks to him for making unpleasant situation bearable.

Had an awesome experience and love the home.

We purchased a new home from Highland in the Barrington 50's phase in the Lantana community. The house was 95% complete when we purchased so our experience, while short was very important to us. Ginger (sales) and Melissa (construction super.) were very attentive and responsive to all of needs, concerns and requests. The end result was a very smooth and successful transaction. Although there were other builders in the location, we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Highland homes. We love the house.

Mary and Clayton have been great to work with. We received the home in excellent condition and couldn’t be happier with our property.

When punching out your house before move in make sure to take pictures of each item and put it in a spread sheet to ensure each item is taken care of

Just move in around 90 days and I changed 8 of ceiling light!!! Painting is bad, we just find out inside and bottom of kitchen cabinet there a lot of exposing nails. The floor of 3 out of 5 rooms are not evenly...hopefully that’s all.

I am very pleased with the experienced buying a highland home ; the staff was responsive and knowledgeable and helpful. The house is energy efficient, well built and the neighborhood is well managed . Very happy

Hector and Jovanny at Highland Home were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive to our questions and requests. They definitely made our first time building a home a great experience. Jovanny was also great at resolving many issues very quickly no matter how small or big.

I would give this survey a 5/5 if the work quality was better and if issues were more transparent. Overall a good buying experience despite some hiccups, I will say that they are very responsive to issues that are raised, but if your paying close to half a million dollars for a home you expect it to be top notch. Jovanny and hector were absolutely great though! Thank you for everything!
