Great experience through the whole process

It was a great experience from the Beginning to the end

Excellent and modern structure very satisfied

After signing a contract with another builder and getting three weeks out from closing, the poor workmanship and constant installation of wrong materials caused us to cancel that contract and begin the search again. That’s when we met Teri at Highland Homes. Her courteous and knowledgeable demeanor, along with the pride in the quality of Highland Homes instantly sold us. So then the building process began. Greg, our construction foreman, was absolutely top notch! He went above and beyond to respond to any questions we had along the way and resolve any concerns we had throughout the process, and to this day checks in on us to make sure all is well. Great quality build

We were nervous about the process of building a house having always bought prebuilt homes before. Highland Homes was easy to work with and made it a good experience. I've also noticed that they are more responsive to issues that arise than other builders in my neighborhood comparing experiences in my neighborhood's online community group. So bravo Highland and I recommend them highly!

From the start day to closing day, Hector and Layne always made sure we were taken care of and we had a great experience!

I could not begin to tell you how elated we are to have found the Highlands in Waxahachie. Kyle at the Model home was every bit of professional from day one. Watching the details of the home being built was remarkable with the craftsmanship that Highland uses. I highly recommend it, I am a mortgage broker and I see many builders come across my desk. But this one still above the rest, and that’s the reason I went with them.

Very pleased with quality and workmanship of our home. They listen to what we needed to work for us. If they couldn’t do something they were great about trying to find an option or just said we couldn’t. They have come back and fixed items since moving in. Overall the response and professionalism is excellent.
