Overall great design and high quality but there have been a few issues that have come up. Most have been resolved in a professional and timely manner or hopefully will be soon. One outstanding item that we discovered was an issue with the property line and placement of the retaining wall and fence. Unfortunately, Highland was made aware of the issue but never brought it to our attention. We actually discovered the issue while hiring a pool company and a company to install and whole house generator. I brought this up with Highland management three weeks ago and am still waiting for resolution or a plan for resolution. With how tight the lots are it is a material issue for us, but we are hopeful that Highland will resolve the issue soon so we can continue to get the work done and enjoy our beautiful new home. Purchasing out Highland Home was an absolute pleasure. Pat was amazing and made the process a breeze. Hunter is fantastic and is always there to answer any questions we have regarding the house.

Cheap materials, extremely high prices not suitable for the final product. We bought almost 2 months ago and we are still dealing with the same walkthroughs issues from before closing time.

Overall, i had a good experience in terms of build quality and value for money.

My experience with Highland Homes was exceptional! Working with Rikki, my sales counselor, and Cliff, the Construction Manager was seamless from start to finish. Communication and workmanship was wonderful. I highly recommend Highland Homes! Plus, I really liked reading the history behind how Highland Homes came to be.

Tryston our building manager was great he did everything on his power to make my wife and I happy with the overall outcome of our home, the sales staff was very attentive to our needs in regards to paperwork needed for our lender to get our home closed early. I appreciate all the hard work and great customer service! I would definitely buy a Highland Home again!

My husband and I chose Highland Homes because, in the past, we have had great experiences with the builder. Our experience in the building process was very good, but once we moved in, we learned that there are things that were done poorly that will not be fixed because they're not "warrantable items." It is disappointing that things are breaking and materials aren't of the quality that we paid and now we have to deal with it. Enjoyable buying experience. While I am very aware builders are overwhelmed with strong demand, logistic and employment issues, follow up on completing punch list items could be faster.

So house was extremely rushed went through a ton of repairs and touch ups to cabinets. Island needed replacement panels and work was not finished product.. Very poorly constructed but very pricy

This home buying experience was outstanding from start to finish! Our sell’s counselor, Austin, was a delight to work with. Always available to assist us and answer any questions we had at any given time/day. Our builder, Miguel, really made building our home EASY. He constantly communicated with us and provided us with weekly updates, made sure everything was to our liking and even continued following up with us post closing. This is the second home we’ve purchased and the experience was night and day compared to our last builder. Great people, great home and overall great experience

The worst experience, that I ever had in terms of home buying. We are still waiting on things that need to be completed. I will never recommend anyone else. Poor crafmanship, late response time, and many more issues .

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of communication and customer care throughout the process. No builder is perfect and although some of the trades could be a little more attentive to details when working on homes, overall we were pleased with what Highland delivered.

Dave gave us a thorough orientation of our home just prior to closing, and then has been attentive to our various queries and requests. He has actively secured and supervised all corrections to our "Punch List". Dave has a solid work ethic and is positive in spirit. He wants to ensure that his customers are satisfied and comfortable in their new home.

Overall experience is below average. I believe I have overpaid and the basic items are cheaply made.

Good experience. Project manager was great. He was and still remains very responsive to any inquiries. I have enjoyed my purchase, other than one event, which was not the fault of the builders.
