Great experience with Highland Homes!

My husband and I chose Highland Homes because, in the past, we have had great experiences with the builder. Our experience in the building process was very good, but once we moved in, we learned that there are things that were done poorly that will not be fixed because they're not "warrantable items." It is disappointing that things are breaking and materials aren't of the quality that we paid and now we have to deal with it. Enjoyable buying experience. While I am very aware builders are overwhelmed with strong demand, logistic and employment issues, follow up on completing punch list items could be faster.

So house was extremely rushed went through a ton of repairs and touch ups to cabinets. Island needed replacement panels and work was not finished product.. Very poorly constructed but very pricy

This home buying experience was outstanding from start to finish! Our sell’s counselor, Austin, was a delight to work with. Always available to assist us and answer any questions we had at any given time/day. Our builder, Miguel, really made building our home EASY. He constantly communicated with us and provided us with weekly updates, made sure everything was to our liking and even continued following up with us post closing. This is the second home we’ve purchased and the experience was night and day compared to our last builder. Great people, great home and overall great experience

The worst experience, that I ever had in terms of home buying. We are still waiting on things that need to be completed. I will never recommend anyone else. Poor crafmanship, late response time, and many more issues .

What a great experience with our new home purchase from Highland Homes. Hunter was so helpful in the purchase process, Giovani and Andres, were excellent in our walk-through and any with any follow up items. We could not be happier with our purchase!

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of communication and customer care throughout the process. No builder is perfect and although some of the trades could be a little more attentive to details when working on homes, overall we were pleased with what Highland delivered.

I had an awesome time working with Highland Homes. Out of all the homes in Sunterra, Highland stands out the most. I am very happy with my home.

Dave gave us a thorough orientation of our home just prior to closing, and then has been attentive to our various queries and requests. He has actively secured and supervised all corrections to our "Punch List". Dave has a solid work ethic and is positive in spirit. He wants to ensure that his customers are satisfied and comfortable in their new home.

Overall experience is below average. I believe I have overpaid and the basic items are cheaply made.

Good experience. Project manager was great. He was and still remains very responsive to any inquiries. I have enjoyed my purchase, other than one event, which was not the fault of the builders.

It went very smooth, they accommodated and earlier closing and were prompt when reached with questions.

We had a great experience. We were torn between a couple of different models and lots and changed our minds a couple of times. Highland was very easy to work with and patient as we decided. Our builder, Cameron, was terrific and kept us updated and was always responsive to questions we had both before and after the sale.

John is an exceptional person. His attitude, character and his willingness to help is marvelous. I sincerely commend his display of warm character and sincerity of purpose. I will surely recommend friends and family to meet with John; for he is one of a kind.

We are so impressed with the quality & style of our new home. Our inspection, before moving in, showed a few small things that needed to be dealt with. But what (old or new) house doesn't have that? They were on top of it and got them done (remember: humans build houses, not robots). Ryan K is so awesome, and is on top of answering any questions or concerns we have and does a great job responding to our needs. Thank you again! We love our new Highland "Denton" home!

They build Super quality homes

Our sales associate was fantastic. Never pressured us for anything and most important, she was very knowledgeable about options and upgrades and communicated well on what came with the home we selected. Our builder was excellent; completed the home in seven months and was extremely responsive to issues & questions we had along the way. Very knowledgeable and communicated well throughout.

We were moving from out-of-state and purchased the house without any in-person tours. The team checked on us many times throughout the process to make sure we were kept in the loop and aware of everything happening. When we showed up, everything in the house was exactly as promised and the team made sure we moved in smoothly.
