Overall, we had a pretty positive experience. The things that needed to be fixed for us to purchase were fixed and in a timely manner. Our PM is responsive to our questions even after move in and provides assistance when needed. I’m happy to say that we do not have buyers remorse.

Highland Homes built the home we wanted at a price we could afford. Their builder Jesse was incredibly detailed and helpful. They were willing to modify more than other builders I've worked with in the past, and helped me make the home my own. I noticed a few minor things that needed changing after my closing date and Highland Homes didn't hesitate to make it right and quickly. I trusted the team I worked with and hope to build with them again someday.

We received the ultimate presidential treatment from Highland staff. They were very responsive and worked efficiently to get our home built within the time frame they gave us. We will definitely go with Highland Homes if we decide to build again.

The entire process from sales (Lula & Danielle) to construction (Javier) to last minute financing (Troy & Meredith ) EVERYONE was professional, kind, promptly answered all of my questions and concerns and even went above and beyond with helping me resolve an issue in a calm and timely manner!
