We have built 7 houses over the years but have always been local during the build. Not this time. We were 5 states away but our sales rep and our building superintendent kept us informed and shared progress pictures. Every detail was addressed along the way. Our best building experience. I debated between Highland Homes and another builder. Very glad I went with Highland though the cost ws a little more. Ii feel ike I received a quality home and the builder Mike and thee agent Kira seemed to make every effort to make sure I received a quality home and had an easy process. They were both helpful with suggestions which I appreciated as I had never had a home built before.

Overall, the experience was very good.And I have really no complaints, and i'm comfortable

We bought an inventory home and have been impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials. The style and space fit our needs well. Our builder continues to be accessible well after the purchase, which has been very helpful. After a few months of living in our home, I’d recommend Highland to friends and family.

I know that I’m particular person in custom choices but Highland was wonderful. Christi is the best sales person I’ve worked with in ages. And, I truly love our home and lot.

We had a great experience with buying a Highland Home. Dylan and Renee are great to deal with. They were responsive and friendly. Dylan responds in a timely manner to any tickets we opened and if he wasn't available, they assigned another person quickly. We have been super pleased.

After having two other homes built in different states by different builders, our experience with Highland has, by far, been the best. Working with Brandon has been a dream as he has been super responsive and very on top of taking care of our issues. High quality workmanship, good response from sales representatives, Project Manager was exceptional, loved the Architecture. Negatives were that 3 of the 6 bathrooms were in the first 300 sq ft of house and many interior doors were too narrow. Great service and fast response time after closing to fix a few small repair items. Overall great experience.

I had a great experience buying my Highland home in Heritage Ranch. The sales team answered all my questions and were very helpful. I am pleased with the quality of my home. Any issues were addressed in a timely manner and resolved.

We love our new home and everything about it. Our one true concern was some lack of focus on the details concerning the installation of grout, caulk, and paint throughout the house. We have noticed gouges in the seems throughout the house where there was lack of attention. Dustin has been great in addressing every issue to insure our new home is 100%.

My wife and I began looking at homes about a year ago and met Amy (Sales consultant) for the first time there; after that meeting, Amy worked tirelessly to find us our forever home. It has everything we had ever wanted in a home and more! The building supervisor D’Marco was amazing and extremely responsive to any questions we had or any help needed. The overall process from touring to the finalized purchase was extremely smooth and would recommend highland homes to anyone who is on the fence for a builder.

Kira and Mike were great throughout the home buying process. They made it seamless for us and made sure all our requests were fulfilled on time. Mike is very responsive and made sure we understood everything about the home and was always available to help us with our questions and requests. Highly recommend him! Apart from that, the only feedback we have is the quality of wood used for doors. It chips easily so maybe it would be better to have more sturdy wood.

With the paint there are some small problems but the rest the seller was very friendly and excellent. I am happy.

The sales office at Saddle Star was amazing. They helped us during our build and made sure everything was taken care of. All issues were followed up on until they were completed to our satisfaction.

Good value. Level of paint could be improved.

The people i mentioned above were great to work with. Answers to our questions seem to come with ease and quickly. Problems were nonexistent. Slight problems that existed with the property were handled in a timely manor. The property itself I'm satisfied is of good value and quality of workmanship is quit good. Closing was a bit disturbing, the drive to plano for people of our age could be troublesome for some. Overall experience I'd rate a 12 out of 10.

waiting for follow-up visit to answer some concerns. lawn sod is not bouncing back as promised - some gaps between sod pieces. glue on floor boards not adequately cleaned up.

From the time Karen was introduced to Tony, our Highland sales counselor, all the way through our home buying process we had a fantastic experience! He was both very personal as well as professional in all his dealings with us, communicating in a timely and thorough manner. Later, when our house went under construction we began working with Jack, our construction manager. He was an excellent communicator utilizing e-mails, texts, and phone calls to update us on progress and address any questions or concerns we had. This was especially helpful to us as we were living in another state during construction. We felt like Jack was genuinely concerned with our desires related to our house and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we ended up with a house we were thrilled with.
