Highland builds a great house. There were a few instances where there were inadvertent mistakes made with the incorrect material shipped that got installed. Once Highland found out, they quickly replaced the product to our satisfaction, no questions asked. We get an update each week providing information on what was completed that week and what's on the work schedule for the next week. It's been a great experience and I would highly recommend Highland to anyone looking to build a new home.

I had a very positive experience with the Sales person Sia. Not only was he was very knowledgeable about the build process but was very helpful and understanding. Sia went out of his way to accommodate our needs which was very refreshing. I cannot thank Sia enough for working with us and for his helpful nature. The construction build process was a little disappointing since they changed 3 construction managers on us from start to finish. The quality of construction especially during framing process was not good. Several build issues that were called out by the third party inspection report were not fixed even though I was given assurance that it was fixed. The issues were carried over towards the end of the build process and were challenging to fix them at the final stage. The architectural part of the floor plan could have been better in some areas like Master Bathroom, cabinets and front entrance. I strongly encourage for the architects to take a hard look and make improvements. Thanks to construction managers Tim J and Ryan A for being helpful and making appropriate suggestions. The process from the initial purchase to final move-in was smooth and well-organized. The builder kept everything on schedule, and there were no major surprises along the way. They made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for us. The quality of the home is excellent, with attention to detail throughout. It’s clear that they used high-quality materials and didn’t cut corners. For the price, we feel we got exceptional value, and we’re proud to call this place home. The builder’s team was fantastic to work with. They were professional, courteous, and always available to address any questions or concerns. Every promise they made was delivered on time, and any small issues were quickly resolved. Their communication was outstanding, which made the process very transparent. This builder truly cares about their customers and takes pride in delivering a high-quality product. After dealing with a horrible builder (Centre living homes) Highland homes was a breathe of fresh air. I highly recommend them customer service was incredible.

I love the quality of my home. Buying process was easy, professional and cordial. I was carried along through out the building and buying process. I love the after sales service which I need as a first time Home buyer. Will do investment property with High Homes.

We have moved into our beautiful home and love it very much We have had some issues here and there but that’s to be expected in any new home but they come immediately to resolve or fix any issues right away this has been amazing on their part. The accommodations for making my home for my needs has also been amazing and greatly aapreciated

We had been looking at this builder and floorplan for about two when we were finally ready to move forward. Our sales counselor, Thea, was absolutely amazing to work with - she was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She set and managed our expectations by communicating frequently and thoroughly throughout the process. Our construction manager, Clayton, was spectacular to work with. His attention to detail and communication style allowed me to feel at ease with the entire process. He was available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure everything went smoothly. Late in the process, Clayton was reassigned to a different neighborhood, and our new construction manager was Chuck. My wife and I were very nervous about the change, but Thea and Chuck ensured it was seamless. Chuck's passion for homebuilding was very evident. He was able to finish our build and met all of our expectations. Our house has had some very minor issues (as I am sure most new builds do), but Chuck has responded quickly and resolved them to our complete satisfaction! ... More

Highlands Homes did an amazing job on not only the craftsmanship and house quality, but also the services and responsiveness for any questions/concerns my wife and I had. They were resolved in a snap of a finger. I would highly recommend Highland Homes if you're considering buying a quality home on your next purchase.

Everything was great but Highland could use better trades. There are too many redos that cost Highland or the buyers money. They can get real lazy and it shows. If Highland doesn't demand perfection from its trades, it may start to have a negative reflection towards Highland due to the cost of the home vs some of the lack in workmanship by its team of trades.

My home purchase with Highland Homes has been a great experience from day one. I would attribute that to Layne.the sales agent as he’s been stellar to work, knows his product line, and knows how to get you into a home. The process was quick and easy and I’m now enjoying my new Highland Home.

Am generally happy with my new home. There are some items that need to be corrected but I am sure that the building supervisor Clayton will assist me in correcting them

Tim, the on site sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and will always take your call to answer any last minute questions. Carter our most recent superintendent has been a pleasure to work with. Great team!

Enjoy working with Mike and Makenna. Very responsive. We're having some minor issues with the house now and Makenna is getting them addressed. Appreciate the Highland Team Elyson @ 80ft section.

The over all experience was good,

Stellar experience from beginning to end, and continue today. We had a warranty request for a tripping breaker and they fixed it in less than a week, no questions asked.

The experience was great and easy every highland associate was professional and kind great to work with. I love my purchase and the neighborhood thanks again

Our first point of contact with Jay in Meridiana was pleasurable. He was straightforward, attentive to our needs, a good listener, patient, always respond with promptness, knowledgeable, always went beyond what we asked, no hassle, no pressure. David is outstanding. Outstanding. of course there will be issues during the building process. He understood our concerns and reassured us that things would be addressed and taken care of. He was confident and we were confident in his abilities. He is professional and friendly. We always felt he “heard” our concerns and addressed them quickly and appropriately. David made the building process smooth and pleasant. We’ve always heard the horror stories about building and the stress it can cause. And he finished early! Yay. We were able to move out of the apartment 2 months early! Working with David was a dream. There were a few moments of stress but nothing major and we knew with David on “our team”, things would be beautiful and solid. Highland is LUCKY to have David. It was an amazing experience building with Highland. Our sales agent and builder were both very helpful, cared for our needs, and went above and beyond to give us our dream home.

Home was in good shape. Just obvious things that should have been taken care of before like painting, staining, floor creaking. This would avoid a lot of back and forth with different workers fixing issues. Other than that the issues did get fixed, it just takes time and we are happy with our new home. The Highland Homes experience from the showing of my new home, to the buying of the home, the mortgage process through Highland Homes was and continues to be outstanding. From the start, dealing with Tiffany and Thea in the Sales Office who responded to every request I had since I was purchasing from out of state, moving from AZ back to TX, to Doug with the financing process, to Brody for fixing minor house issues as I moved in. In TX, Highland Homes is the best builder around and I highly recommend this company. Didn’t know what to expect in the beginning with the design and building process, but once communicating that we were interested and involved in the building process along the way, we were able to find trust in the Highland process. There were a couple of early issues, but Highland worked to provide acceptable solutions. Most important, we were grateful of the support and the timeliness of addressing issues of concern during the early stages of the warranty process after construction completion. The project manager was extremely helpful ensuring our satisfaction.
