Being a 1st time homeowner can be scary and exciting, but for the 1st home to be new construction brings another level of anxiety and excitement. However, Highland Homes made this experience so enjoyable. From the sales to the design to the construction, every team was very open to any and every question we had. The communication was excellent and even during the pandemic we never experienced a delay. They stayed ahead of the curve which is needed in this process. Look no further, Highland is the BEST!!!

They help you get exactly what you need, and adjust based on your desires and budget. Great house project and awesome features. Our sales person (Sarah T) was amazing and caring. She gave us all the time to make sure we were taking the right decision, always available. Great experience overall.

We were impressed with the overall home buying process with Highland. The building manager is always available and alleviated every concern of ours before and after closing on our home.

Overall the buying experience was great! Customer service from the sales office and building manager was great . I just subjects to Highland is that you pour your driveway last. As I ride around the neighborhood you can notice the difference between Highland and Perry homes . Perry home has clean finished driveways and Highlands driveways are different colors and patched. Perry pours their driveways after the home is built and I think that what makes a difference.

This home’s temperature is constant and comfortable ( tight seal!) Warranty Service has been excellent and reassuring

Highland Homes has always been my favorite builder and I knew that if I ever bought a new home, it would be a Highland Home. The best part of my experience was dealing with the incredible staff in The Groves (Walter, Haley, Ron & Gwen). Each of these individuals ensured my needs were met and they went out of their way to make adjustments to the home to suit my needs. I bought the house in the final phases of construction, so I didn't have input as the house was being built. This incredible team was quite flexible when it came to accommodating modifications to the home, upon my requests. I feel that for the price of the home, gutters should be included. I think the finishing on the house was not up to the mark. We are happy with everything else.

I have worked with other home builders previously and felt like I was in a battle with them. Working with Highland was a relief from that. My sales agent was knowledgeable about the homes and features and helped me find what I wanted instead of pushing me into a more expensive home. My construction manager walked the home every day during the construction process and held the contractors accountable for mistakes. I walked the home often and when I saw corrections that needed to be made, he made sure they were taken care of. Highland earned my trust and made sure my home was built well. Great Customer service. Valerie was Great in the process.

Overall the experience was great, due to Covid things got delayed but that was understandable and in the end I feel we closed on a pretty great home. Are there some things that the quality is not what we expected, definitely but hopefully Highland will work through them with us

I had a great home buying experience with Highland Homes. From my first visit to the lovely model and working with a great sales counselor through each phase of the building process, I was pleased with the journey. There were several wonderful floorplans to choose from and I am delighted with the one I chose. The amenities included, as well as the quality of workmanship is excellent. I am proud to be a Highland Homes homeowner.

Everyone was extremely helpful and positive. They did everything they could to make our experience pleasant. Megan and Jeff were fantastic. The Mortage team was also great.
