Be sure to communicate with the office support team and selection staff for your options to make sure you get what you pay for. They are the most important people to ensure your satisfaction. This group is the ones that can make sure your builder is updated on your home.

It was a great experience. The sales manager Ryan was always and is still ready to help with any questions or concerns. He is very knowledgeable about the home building process. It was a great experience. I would recommend Highland homes to family and friends.

If I have one negitive thing to say, it would be bathroom drawers are to small & kitchen cabinets needed to be a little deeper. Other than that they're a quality excellent home.

I would say without a doubt that the true reason for our love for our new home stems from the tremendous sales team here at Highlands at Mayfield Ranch! Both Lyn and her Assistant Linda were exemplary. Id recommend this builder and especially these two wonderful ladies to anyone looking for a new home. The plans offered are spectacular and the builder makes good use of the space.

Once you move in you'll appreciate all the attention to the homeowner's actual living such as the wider driveways and wider lead walks to the front doors. That they cared enough to spend extra money before entering the home. The impressive roof pitches help the Texas hot air escape out of the attic as well give elegant curbside appeal. Every employee is an owner and it shows in their commitment.

Working with Lula and Cody was great. I have not moved in yet so am not sure of quality of workmanship. But do mit expect issues

I am very happy with my decision to build a new home with Highlands in Sand Brock. I had looked at many places but this was the first time I found a place that has good builders in my price range. And I love feeling like I'm living in the country. and I really love having the cows and horses on the property I've only had a couple small issues and Andrew was on them instantly!!! If you want a well built home with caring people and beauty this is it.

Highland has been very responsive to our needs. We have been a little disappointed in some workmanship issues although Highland has responded to all of our requests and fixed everything we have asked to be fixed. This is the first time we have built a new home so it is possible our expectations were too high.

We have purchased many homes but this has been the best experience & the least stressful. From sales person Sandra, to the construction manager Dalton & Wendy at the design center; all are professional, responsive & easy to work with. They addressed any issues we had & in a very timely manner. The home was built properly & professionally. We had other options but glad we chose Highland. We will be here for a long time.

i built my home & picked all finishes from start to finish, sales team was great, very helpful over & over , project manager was on top of his game , design team was very well organized & helpful with picking choices for my home . great experience all around .

I trouble say that Sue and Spencer and everyone else helped right away with anther needed done! I have to say this had probably the best experience I’ve had from building to buying g existing. The o oh. Complaint I had are the cheap door knonbs. The cheap fiberglass in the barren of the shower I would take a house of this. Calibrlber would have put nicer fixtures in ah half a million dollars, you should her a house with nicer fixtures. But o their thank that everyone wa wheezy!over all I’ve been very a Happy with HH

I had a very positive experience with the Sales person Sia. Not only was he was very knowledgeable about the build process but was very helpful and understanding. Sia went out of his way to accommodate our needs which was very refreshing. I cannot thank Sia enough for working with us and for his helpful nature. The construction build process was a little disappointing since they changed 3 construction managers on us from start to finish. The quality of construction especially during framing process was not good. Several build issues that were called out by the third party inspection report were not fixed even though I was given assurance that it was fixed. The issues were carried over towards the end of the build process and were challenging to fix them at the final stage. The architectural part of the floor plan could have been better in some areas like Master Bathroom, cabinets and front entrance. I strongly encourage for the architects to take a hard look and make improvements. Thanks to construction managers Tim J and Ryan A for being helpful and making appropriate suggestions. After dealing with a horrible builder (Centre living homes) Highland homes was a breathe of fresh air. I highly recommend them customer service was incredible.

Everything was great but Highland could use better trades. There are too many redos that cost Highland or the buyers money. They can get real lazy and it shows. If Highland doesn't demand perfection from its trades, it may start to have a negative reflection towards Highland due to the cost of the home vs some of the lack in workmanship by its team of trades.
