Very pleasant experience. Loved working with Anna and Victor. We love our home.

We had a few issue due to poor workmanship on contractors or possibly unknowing mistakes but overall anything that was broken was fixed quickly and completely by Justin. Our builder manager was great and always there for us.

We love our home and were overall pleased with the process. The only complaint we had was that the little things were sloppy. We have white tile in our master that we have paint, caulk, and glue on. They laid the tile early in construction and did not protect it. We keep finding little finishing things like spots that aren't painted, thing that should have been painting that were simply rubbed with calk to cover instead, sloppy paint and drawers that don't run properly. Other than the little things our home is perfect.

Highland has worked with us to develop a plan to correct the issues we had. They have not given us a problem with any of the parts of the build that we were dissatisfied with; in fact on many levels of their organization they have proved that they cared. Once we were able to make a schedule that worked for both of us they worked quickly and on time to deliver with minimal long term disruption to our home. We are satisfied with the outcome.

this is our second time to buy a Highland Home. We are pleased with the quality and would buy from them again!

Anna, sales manager of Mustang Lakes was a pleasure to work with. She knows how to connect with the buyer at a personal level to understand the budget and provides amazing options to meet the need. Thanks to her patience, creativity and professionalism to make this experience amazing for us for years to come. Greg, construction manager was prompt, polite, educational, patient, responsive and amazing to work with to complete this project. His timely update, response and closing out actions were worry free for us to focus on our daily life. I do find highland base options do not measure up to the quality of the home they build. We ended up upgrading most of the things that challenged our budget and total price of the house. Thanks to Anna to be creative to help us navigate this within our budget. Excellent service & follow up

I have bought two houses from Highland and have a great experience both times.

There were some minor cosmetic issues that were addressed quickly. Awesome team to work with.

Melissa (builder) and Julie (sales) were both incredibly responsive and helpful. Couldnt ask for better people to work with. This is especially true when we originally had no timeline which turned into a strict deadline. They went above and beyond to get us in our house ahead of or first born arriving. Would highly recommend working with them and certainly would work with them again in the future.

Very happy with our new home. Did have some issues with incorrect tile being installed and not caught until the day we closed. Doug helped us get everything switched out immediately to the correct style. Very happy with the tall ceilings and bay window in the master bedroom.

The Sales Counselor was honest and up front with every request we made. He stayed on top of the build and worked closely with us! The Project Leader building our home also was great to work with. I had a 3rd party inspection done which identified a hand full of concerns. All but 3 where very minor. The Project Leader requested a copy and addressed every point of concern and corrected any problems on a timely bases without question! The team we worked with was outstanding and made us feel like family! I would highly recommend them!

Highland home team for The Grove is A team. Sales manager/construction manager are great to work with.

Corporations are simply a legal entity that is composed of people. The people make the organization. The people at Highland Homes in Star Trail have impeccable character and integrity. They are trustworthy and fair. You cannot ask for more from a home builder. I can highly recommend Highland without any reservations.

Be sure you understand the plan you want to build. The upgrades will set your home apart and give you more enjoyment. Be sure and check all your options. Be sure to communicate with the office support team and selection staff for your options to make sure you get what you pay for. They are the most important people to ensure your satisfaction. This group is the ones that can make sure your builder is updated on your home.

We’ve had an excellent experience, particularly when dealing with our Construction Manager Cody R. Cody is very knowledgeable, thorough, and follows through. We are having a minor fly issue (they are coming in the garage and through our adjacent bathroom wall...) and within minutes of notifying Cody, he was here and arranged for pest control. He and the contractors that have come out have been attentive and courteous.

I rated the quality of workmanship as 4 of 5 stars because no home is PERFECT when one moves in. There were small things we found after living in the house for a few weeks, but that has been our experience with six other homes over the years. Having said that, the value of the home is fine and meets today's standards. The trustworthiness in building the home and the responsiveness to the issues discovered are excellent. The foreman who built the home is incredibly responsive to any issue discovered and is wonderful to work with. Very good builders and responsive to issues. Some does take time to resolve, so submit request a early as possible.

Sandbrock Ranch is a great development. Love the Amenity Center and all the open areas. Will, Kelsi, and Blake were, and still are, responsive to my needs and requests. Great Team!

When looking for a home in the Drippings Springs area, you need to see Lula and her team in Highpoint. They are the best.
