We had a great experience with our salesperson. She delivered everything she promised and she was a great help with understanding the process of building with Highland. The project manager did an equally fabulous job. He listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to deliver what he could. Past those two it was sometimes a struggle to get answers or help with the things we wanted for our house. For the new home buyer I would recommend making a list of the things important to you, floor plan, finishes, outdoor space, to name a few. Look at all possible plans and work hard at the design center to get what you want while staying in your budget. They have things they forgot they had, so bring pictures of what you want. only reason im docking a star from workmanship // materials is theres little tiny things that were rushed, not huge deals, just basically small nicks that we were told can't be fixed overall amazing builder and great house for value

It was a great experience. The sales manager Ryan was always and is still ready to help with any questions or concerns. He is very knowledgeable about the home building process. It was a great experience. I would recommend Highland homes to family and friends.

This was my first new home “build” from picking home plan to selecting colors and materials. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism of all Highland Homes employees. The service provided by the design center, the ease of completing documents to get the process and my selections priced, the pre-construction meeting was very helpful and gave me a chance to make sure all the add ons I wanted were included. The construction project manager was the best! If I have one negitive thing to say, it would be bathroom drawers are to small & kitchen cabinets needed to be a little deeper. Other than that they're a quality excellent home.

I would say without a doubt that the true reason for our love for our new home stems from the tremendous sales team here at Highlands at Mayfield Ranch! Both Lyn and her Assistant Linda were exemplary. Id recommend this builder and especially these two wonderful ladies to anyone looking for a new home. The plans offered are spectacular and the builder makes good use of the space.
