The communication with building foreman was great!

Team was always on top of the new home building process.

great value however terrible service from builder we were assigned to. certainly did not uphold the Highland Homes reputation of professionalism and quality.

Overall a great experience with building. Construction manager was on top of most things and good build out. With the rush towards the end we didn’t get the full ready to move in experience. We still have a few things that need to be worked on.

Everybody we worked with was very nice and really helpful and always got back to us. Customer service is important and Highland homes has it down.

My husband and I were looking for a "forever home" to grow our family and raise our kids. We weren't happy with what we found in the market so decided building was the right choice for us. We interviewed a few different builders in various communities and fell in love with Highland Homes at Davis Ranch. We were able to find a lot and a floor plan that met 100% of our needs. The process was very straightforward and easy from the day we signed our contract to the day we moved in.

Our overall experience with Highland Homes has been positive. There was ample communication throughout the building process and we were kept up to date with progress. The financing and closing experience was also positive. I would have rated the overall experience higher if I completed the survey a month ago. However, we are 2 months after the closing and we are still struggling with getting the appropriate follow up on addressing the action items identified in the walk through. Multiple phone calls and texts have been sent. We receive promises that the work will be done, someone will contact us to resolve our issues, but promises are rarely kept. Regarding the items that have been successfully completed, it was only after we kept sending message after message that the work was addressed. We still have a handful of things to be addressed with a promise made last week that "these will be completed this week". We are still waiting and frustration is mounting. ... More

Quality of materials used the tall windows everything about my house is beautiful everybody that steps inside my house loves it great job highland Homes.

At the end of the day, our house turned out great. It was the process and timeline that was a bit of a struggle. Communication about next steps and timelines was pretty poor. Some of the final finishes looked pretty rushed but since it was already almost a year long for our build, we just needed to get in the house.

They over promise on home buying experience

Love the home. Glenn in sales and Tommy the construction manager did an outstanding job. They made the process smooth from begining to end.

This was our 4th home to build, and it was the best experience. I grew up a custom home builder’s son and I was impressed with the process.

Highland Homes produces such a HIGH QUALITY home. From start to finish we were over communicated with about every process. The build was seamless and every one we worked with were extremely helpful and happy to assist in any way. We couldn't be more appreciative of everyone and the experience we had. Hands down the best home builder. If you are looking for a home, Highland is the way to go!!

While I love my floor plan this house was built pretty poorly. Cabinets were installed with damage, the tile everywhere is the absolute worst. Just poor quality all around for a builder that claims they build quality homes

The lack of care taken in the build was disappointing compared to the talk up of how great the quality was. The young lady selling the house was very helpful and worked with me and my relator on getting the perfect lot. after that was accomplished I could rarely get in touch with her and she was short and would only communicate with email. I ended up dealing with here associate more and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. after paying for my home I received my keys from the design assistant she was very pleasant and helpful. I have never heard from the young lady that sold me the house? The contract was pleasant to work with. I don't feel he gave me enough information in the design meeting. It has been the first time I have built a house and was unaware of what was considered extras. I have submitted a work order and waiting response week out. I am enjoying my home and I like it. a few thing I would have done differently. I have been a bit disappointed for the value. I received a house that was not cleaned very well my master bath floor has a tremendous paint overspray on it. That is my feelings ... More

My AC does not go below 72 degrees, The paint on the wall is bad quality and they only did 1 coat, it comes off if you bump your elbow on the wall Garage door is way too loud The skybell doorbell is a bad quality product

I’m disappointed and this builder is not highly value,

Ginger and others make you feel like you are their only client. They are so warm, and friendly. They really go above and beyond to help and make sure you are happy and pleased. They communicate and stay in touch every step of the way. You never have to wonder what next. Awesome team!

Everyone we encountered during the home buying process made my wife and I feel at ease. They promptly answered all our questions and handled any issues we had quickly and professionally. I’d absolutely buy from Highlands again.
