It seems like corners were cut when building my home. Nearly every had paint issues or flaws, my back door looks like it was used before. Some of the trim isn't completely against the wall or is cracking. The wood above my garage is already showing wear, my fence looks like it was done with the cheapest wood possible, and my garage floor already has pits and damage. I like the floor plan of my house, but the quality is definitely not there

We are disappointed with the house and wish that times were different so we could have bought from a different builder.

I purchased a speck home that was already designed. Color scheme chose was pretty. Disappointed in a lot of the workman ship in the home however.

Level of work poorly done. Contractor would reply in timely manner when contacted. Sales person and contractor both lied that the home will not have a driveway with an incline. Being disabled makes it difficult to climb on slope from sidewalk to the home. I am very unhappy with the work done and selling as soon as I have some equity accrued.

The representatives we worked with were very professional and honest. Our home buying process went smoothly considering all the challenges placed on the Home Builder, Contractors, and Suppliers. Anna, Hunter, and the Title Team were friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend family and friends to Highland Homes for sure!!

Highly recommend using Highland to build your next home

Highland is a fantastic builder all the way around. They build quality homes and their customer service from start to finish is amazing. They include so many awesome features from the start, you can truly just move in and start enjoying your home. I love my Highland Home!

We have dealt with many builders in the last 12 months. Highland Homes is customer service centric and deliver a quality product. It's very important to have a great relationship with all the reps involved for they truly make the buying experience world class.

This is our second Highland Home and we cannot possibly think about building with another builder. We love Highland Homes and the company's values both towards customers and Realtors. Thank you Highland Homes.

In general it was a great experience, we were informed every week about the status and progress of our home, We haven't had issues in our house and for those that were found (minimum details), those were solved immediately... Jared is an excellent project manager, always available and ready to provide feedback and support as needed.

Amazing construction manager and staff that communicated thoroughly during the entire process. Provided updates, and stayed on schedule entire way. Worked with us to meet all our demands and quality of work was outstanding.

I love my home. I love the style, finishes, design and comfort level. The kitchen and bathrooms are outstandingly finished. I moved here from the East Coast where I have owned about 5 houses over the years. This one is by far my favorite. It’s hard for me to believe how much more house you get here especially with this builder. I’ve been in my home for about 2 1/2 months now and couldn’t be happier but there is just one little complaint that I have and it’s the slow response to issues. After 2 1/2 months there are still a couple of issues to be fixed. I think this problem is true with most builders. But seriously don’t let that discourage you. We have found some workmanship issues since moving in. Responsiveness between initial walk through and final walk through was not great. Several issues still not addressed. We will see how warranty plays out.

Highland homes and there employees are wonderful , everything went extremely well, the house is beautiful and very well built. I would definitely use highland homes again . I love my house .

We had a great experience overall with Highland Homes. The responsiveness of the sales reps and project manager could have been a lot better.

DO NOT buy Highland. I've built 5 homes (KB, Eagle Valley, Meritage, Chesmar, and Highland). Highland Construction/Sales Management Team at Fronterra at WestPointe is by far the worst one. They will not correct poor workmanship unless asked by customer, then will try to convince customer work is within tolerances. Warranty work is nonexistent. Communication is nonexistent. Follow up is nonexistent. Will blatantly lie. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a Highland Home.

Our family had an incredible experience with Highland Homes. From contract negotiations with our Broker and the Sales Team to the day to day construction of the home, everything was better than expected. Having been a custom home builder in Los Angeles and Denver for over 35 years, I was amazed to see quality items put into our home as a standard where other builders have an upcharge. The attention to detail and customer follow thru by the construction staff made life a whole lot easier. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Highland Homes to other buyers.

Also Very efficient in al the process from the begining to the Closing.My family and I are very happy with our new Highland Home. We made a very Good decision buying with this Company.

on your walk through "BEFORE" closing make sure everything is looked at even molding and seams on the wall. Check EVERYTHING and document it and have it done if possible before you close.

I purchased this HH home at the finished stage. The buying, closing and move in processes were smooth. The build quality looks good. Interior details were a bit sloppy. The appliances were “builder grade”. Jason, our project manager was responsive and took care of most issues, though he seemed to have lost steam after a while. :-) All in all a positive experience.
