Overall, I have a good experience with purchasing Highlandhome.

Anna in Sales and Ian in Construction were both awesome to deal with! Always on top of everything and made sure the entire process was quick and easy. We are super happy with our new Highland Homes house at Mustang Lakes!

Keep ose eyes on the building phase, the attention to detail is lacking. For instance: we were assured that the drywall installers used screws instead of nails. I personally saw them pound all the screws inime nails.. No one is keeping track of the vendor work as far as I can tell.

Very honest and responsive to concerns.

Greg and Teri are excellent individuals to work with. A special shutout to Greg! Throughout the process he kept me informed of the progress and any issues therein. He is very accountable and was always responsive to any issues I've had throughout the process. Thank you for all the help!

The builder did their best to stick to the schedule even with the bad weather in Texas (snowstorm). When we moved in we had an opportunity to point at any small details that needed to be addressed. The builder came back in and made sure they addressed the details and the house was 100 percent move in ready.

The beginning process was so exciting. Everyone that helped us with highland was informative and kind. We had a few delays on windows and the brick for the home which extended our closing 2 months. That is something you just have to be flexible with when building a new home. Only complaint, the items we wanted fixed before closing seemed to not be handled with care. The workmanship seemed to be sloppy. For example where a the bottom of the floor/wall buckled that was fixed in closing day. Well who ever fixed left paint and caulk on the wood planking and it was not smooth. That’s just one example. I put in warranty ticket for the minor things we found again which is common. Having built a house in the past, and experiencing a builder who was slipshod and unpleasant to deal with, we were thrilled with our process with Highland Homes. Not only have they been responsive throughout, but the quality of our home is something we continually enjoy as we get settled. We've been continually glad that we chose Highland, and equally happy with the people we've worked with through the process. I've had experience with production and custom builders in the past and Highland rates as low as possible.

We encountered some issues along the way between Sales and Build process but they were all responsive and resolved. Overall a really good experience. Highly Recommend.

-Invested sales group that is not pushy and takes time to understand your needs -Project management team was great at updates regarding schedule -Project management team addressed issues in an efficient manner

Building was very well handled by the project manager Eric.

They take care for their home buyers and the team that we worked with was phenomenal. From Mr. Jeff our salesman with his knowledge, Mrs. Judy with her wisdom, Mrs Jessica our design center coordinator which has a gift for making a home beautiful and fit to you, and finally Mr. Brian for building my family our dream home and keeping us in the know throughout the entire process and even after the house was built still tend to our needs. I want to thank them for all that they do. We love our Highland Home!

Great customer service, great first impression!

Excellent experience. The sales staff was extremely professional working with us through the entire process. The site superintendent took "personal pride" in the build out of our new home, working with the contractors insuring everything was correct. Having built a previous home with a different builder, I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Highlands Homes.

We bougth our dream house , but we have many problem with plumbing ( toilet) paint , door , landscaping cabinet etc . They sell us a lambo and receive a focus , It not fair , we are very frustrated , we not recommend this builder company at all .

The sales consultants (Tim Stephenson and Michelle Buck) were absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re the reason we chose a Highland Home. The builder guys Clint and Ryan were very thorough and made sure we were updated regularly on the progress of our home.

We had heard many great things about Highland from friends and neighbors that we met. Our overall experience with Highland was phenomenal! They were always quick to respond to emails with any questions that we had! Our sales rep was Branka and our foreman was Matt Lindeman. They were both excellent to work with! They kept us updated throughout the entire process and took care of any issues we found during the build! The quality and craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations! We are absolutely in love with our new home and will definitely recommend Highland homes to our friends and family!
