This company is very busy which means that they often don’t have time to address issues you may have with your home. This can be frustrating. There are some areas in my home where the finish work such as the painting is subpar and sloppy. I am waiting for issues with getting the right paint to correct itself, so that I can fix these flaws myself

Great experience during the whole construction project. I wish I could be informed more when the people were working on the house, that way I could see any things that wasn’t done properly.

There were several wonderful floorplans to choose from and I am delighted with the one I chose. The amenities included, as well as the quality of workmanship is excellent. Every highland representative was very friendly, trustworthy and easy to deal with. The materials used around the house are top notch, with only a couple issues primarily related to painters not being careful! As with any new house, a few issues came up after living in it for a few weeks, Highland's builder was extremely responsive and always willing to help out, I do feel Highland has my back if anything major were to happen.

I would say without a doubt that the true reason for our love for our new home stems from the tremendous sales team here at Highlands at Mayfield Ranch! Both Lyn and her Assistant Linda were exemplary. Id recommend this builder and especially these two wonderful ladies to anyone looking for a new home. The plans offered are spectacular and the builder makes good use of the space.

Overall, we are pleased with the finished product. We found it easy to work with the builder and their response to warranty requests has been timely.
