Builder & team friendly all that was promised was! Walk through with Builder was even better then I imagined! Quality & Value of my Home was everything & more!

Overall happy with my home but finishings/touchups to the cabinets and sheetrock could have been better. The issues we identified after closing should have been done before closing as this caused some inconvenience to us. Due to the covid many workers were coming to fix the issues and this didn't feel good/ safe as I have a little baby.

The builders and office personnel were very help to assist us with selections and what was allowable as a Highland Home. We made some changes along the way and most of them were accepted, even during Cov19. I give the Highland builder my highest recommendation.

The whole Highpointe team did an awesome job and delivered us a beautiful new home. We can not thank Brady, Javier, Lula and Danielle enough for helping us get into our first newly built home. We love our floorplan, love the community and love the Highland Homes team!!

As with any new home building experience there will be some things you love and some things that don't go so well. When we were having issues getting the inspections completed so we could close on time, we let Highland know what was going on. They brought in Alex, our construction manager, and he knew how to get things done and how to keep in great communication with us during the whole process. We have been in the home for two months now and Tucker, our new CM, is now working with us on a few minor things for the home and he is doing an outstanding job as well. Great floor plan and great quality homes.

Our experience with Highland homes was absolutely fantastic! Lynn and Linda in the sales office were so helpful and accommodating. I don't say this lightly, but their integrity was one of the biggest reasons we went with Highland. Every interaction we had, we walked away knowing we could trust what was discussed. One person who I really can't thank enough throughout this was Blake, our Building Manager. That guy made the experience fun and exciting. He listened to what we had to say, provided us with some great feedback, and kept us up-to-date with everything that was going on. He was very professional, but made it seem like you're just talking with a good friend about something they're extremely knowledgeable about. Because of Blake, I can absolutely trust that the quality of our home is something I won't have to worry about. I also wanted to make note that we started the construction of our home just before COVID hit. Once the foundation was poured, that's when the first shutdown started. I really can't thank the team over at Highland enough for staying on top of things and letting us know what was going on every step of the way. Buying a home can be extremely hectic. Lula not only provided guidance throughout the entire purchase process but often times going the extra mile answering calls/texts during off hours as well as taking time to explain to me in details of my questions or documents I don’t understand. Lane is professional and courteous. He paid great attention in details when doing home walk thrus and follows through timely on issue discovered either during walk through or responding to service requests. The people from Highland were really amazing at the time to buy the property. Everything went smoothly and was laid out point by point and followed to the dot. In regards to responsiveness they have been attentive and always making us feel as part of the community. I would definitely recommend them for building, ease of payment and warranty.

My husband and I worked with Tyler (Sales, 6 Creeks in Kyle) to purchase our home. Tyler made working through the details of the process easy and efficient -- and transparent. There we no surprises or stumbles along the way. Mark, the builder, was available at our convenience to make sure that the move in process and orientation to the home were all successful and met our expectations. I debated between Highland Homes and another builder. Very glad I went with Highland though the cost ws a little more. Ii feel ike I received a quality home and the builder Mike and thee agent Kira seemed to make every effort to make sure I received a quality home and had an easy process. They were both helpful with suggestions which I appreciated as I had never had a home built before.

We bought an inventory home and have been impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials. The style and space fit our needs well. Our builder continues to be accessible well after the purchase, which has been very helpful. After a few months of living in our home, I’d recommend Highland to friends and family.

I know that I’m particular person in custom choices but Highland was wonderful. Christi is the best sales person I’ve worked with in ages. And, I truly love our home and lot.
