Of all the builders we visited when choosing our retirement home, Highland provided the home layout, finish, attention and service we were looking for. Overall, a good experience.

Haeli and Quentin did a great job addressing our needs and questions throughout the build process.

The person assigned to our home, was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was very caring and genuine in addressing all of our concerns and answering the 100 questions that kept arising. Also, is response time with follow-up was impeccable.

Builder foreman was thorough and responsive, and caring. Efficient and effective; love the floor plan.

The quality of the home is overall very good. We do have a few concerns: very small and shallow bathroom drawers; cupboard doors don't have soft-close; no garbage/recycle spaces included in kitchen cabinetry; very bottom kitchen cabinetry difficult to access--pull out drawers would be helpful. Highland folks we have connected with have been prompt, courteous and helpful.

The experience was really good. The salesman, (Jarrod) receptionist,(Michelle) builder supervisor(Dale) and everyone was very knowledgable and kind. If there are problems that come up, they handle them with much care. Very pleased with Highland Homes!!!

We loved going through the home buying/building process with Highland. They made everything stress free and communicated with us great. I would absolutely recommend using highland if in the market for building a new home. The house turned out wonderful! Its everything we wanted.

We found the process very easy, Steve and Andrew where easy to work with and accommodating with every request and sometimes rushed deadlines. The only drawback with the lighting selections.

During the start of Covid-19 we were worried if we had made a bad decision to buy with the uncertainty. But working with Highland Homes and our builder Jason was a very easy process. Very happy with the end result and all the steps in between.

My wife and I have been very pleased with our new Highland home. The whole Highland team. sales, construction, financing, that worked with us from beginning to end were always very professional, courteous, and responsive.

Our home was a builder home which came with a number of upgrades. Overall we love it. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed ( no show stoppers), With the pandemic and all the response has been a little less than desirable.

Process from build to finish was well managed and communicated

Best experience to date. The new home sales associate was second to none.

Some of the products seem very cheap and or not done with care. For example door knobs, faucet, paint, driveway cement. Otherwise excellent.

The entire buying process was smooth. All Highland representatives were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. My home was completed approximately one month ahead of schedule.

The buying experience was excellent, but days later after we closed started seeing a lot of issues. The biggest issue was our backyard not draining very well and started killing the grass and Highland didn’t want to do anything about it, saying they don’t warranty against puddles, but they weren’t ordinary puddles. However, they did finally fix the issue. The other major issue had to do with our glass back door. It has scratches in the glass that Highland will not fix, because it’s cosmetic. I know that we didn’t put the scratches there, it happened during the build. We missed it during our final walk through, because the builder concentrated us on the inside of the home. Highland did not due a thorough inspection. Definitely spent the money for an inspection!!!! We deserve our back door fixed because we did not do that, but they will not! ... More

It was a great experience with few errors and hiccups but resolved after the closing.
