Highland homes’ plans really stand out with the high ceiling and open floor concept.

From the initial meeting with the sales rep to the final walk through, everything was easy. The sales person worked hard to get me what I wanted as far as the design budget went, so I didn’t have to sacrifice a lot as a single mom. My builder emailed me weekly to keep me in the loop as the building process progressed and was responsive to my questions or concerns. Highland has so many upgrades that are part of their standard package. I absolutely love my home!

Great experience working with the entire team from the sales team to the project management team.

This was our second home and the experience was great. We were allowed to make different changes including non standard changes. Very responsive. The builder communicated with us on the construction every week.

They help you get exactly what you need, and adjust based on your desires and budget. Great house project and awesome features. Our sales person (Sarah T) was amazing and caring. She gave us all the time to make sure we were taking the right decision, always available. Great experience overall.

Overall the buying experience was great! Customer service from the sales office and building manager was great . I just subjects to Highland is that you pour your driveway last. As I ride around the neighborhood you can notice the difference between Highland and Perry homes . Perry home has clean finished driveways and Highlands driveways are different colors and patched. Perry pours their driveways after the home is built and I think that what makes a difference.

Highland Homes has always been my favorite builder and I knew that if I ever bought a new home, it would be a Highland Home. The best part of my experience was dealing with the incredible staff in The Groves (Walter, Haley, Ron & Gwen). Each of these individuals ensured my needs were met and they went out of their way to make adjustments to the home to suit my needs. I bought the house in the final phases of construction, so I didn't have input as the house was being built. I have worked with other home builders previously and felt like I was in a battle with them. Working with Highland was a relief from that. My sales agent was knowledgeable about the homes and features and helped me find what I wanted instead of pushing me into a more expensive home. My construction manager walked the home every day during the construction process and held the contractors accountable for mistakes. I walked the home often and when I saw corrections that needed to be made, he made sure they were taken care of. Highland earned my trust and made sure my home was built well. I love my new home. It was worth the minor issues with workmanship when moving in.

Everyone was extremely helpful and positive. They did everything they could to make our experience pleasant. Megan and Jeff were fantastic. The Mortage team was also great.

We love our floor plan and the high ceilings and quality of workmanship that Highland offers. We loved our sales person and project manager who were with us the whole time our house was being built . They were very responsive in fixing the few issues we had after closing.

Very happy with our new home. From sales to customer service/support, all personnel have responded quickly and gained our trust.

We absolutely love our home and thoughtfulness on how it was built. The building materials used are of high quality. Our only concern is the quality of the bathroom cabinets is not what we would have expected for this price point. Our home buying process went well and Highlands exceeded our expectations with their professionalism.

Overall, the home is beautiful. But considering what we paid for the home, the small details should not have been overlooked. Doorknobs are crooked, gaps in the caulking between the floor and baseboards, doorframes aren't level, causing several doors not to shut properly.

I think they can improve in materials and labor with better quality.
