Overall the buying experience was great! Customer service from the sales office and building manager was great . I just subjects to Highland is that you pour your driveway last. As I ride around the neighborhood you can notice the difference between Highland and Perry homes . Perry home has clean finished driveways and Highlands driveways are different colors and patched. Perry pours their driveways after the home is built and I think that what makes a difference.

Highland Homes has always been my favorite builder and I knew that if I ever bought a new home, it would be a Highland Home. The best part of my experience was dealing with the incredible staff in The Groves (Walter, Haley, Ron & Gwen). Each of these individuals ensured my needs were met and they went out of their way to make adjustments to the home to suit my needs. I bought the house in the final phases of construction, so I didn't have input as the house was being built. This incredible team was quite flexible when it came to accommodating modifications to the home, upon my requests. I feel that for the price of the home, gutters should be included. He is overextended with too many homes but he does a great job with the time he has

I am really happy love the experience I have with highland homes as well as builder. The builder’s team did what they promised. They responded to me in a timely fashion. I really recommend Highland Homes to everyone who are looking for a new home.

When we decided when and where we wanted to buy we went to Pomona subdivision and looked at all the model homes. In our price range we found a great home by Highland Homes. Our sales rep, Miss Denise, was fantastic on working with us on our wants and needs. It seemed she was always available to answer any questions we had. I looked at several lenders and chose Highland Home Lender, LLC. We worked with Miss Amanda and she was the best person I ever worked with in financing. She couldn't have made the process any better or easier. Once our home was finished Mr. Cason, project manager, addressed any issues we had and was very accommodating. I am disappointed with the craftsmanship. I wouldn’t buy from Highland again.

I have worked with other home builders previously and felt like I was in a battle with them. Working with Highland was a relief from that. My sales agent was knowledgeable about the homes and features and helped me find what I wanted instead of pushing me into a more expensive home. My construction manager walked the home every day during the construction process and held the contractors accountable for mistakes. I walked the home often and when I saw corrections that needed to be made, he made sure they were taken care of. Highland earned my trust and made sure my home was built well. Attentive sales, mortgage and builder contacts. The workmanship was a bit shoddy, needing some windows replaced and other concerns. There were a few items in hindsight that I thought should have been addressed in the design center that now we need to implement. Otherwise, fairly positive experience.

My experience started off great, but once we got close to the end to close that's when we had issue with getting items completed. The sales person was great she did the best she could to get items addressed. However, the construction team was slow and unresponsive to getting items ready for a final walkthrough. Things weren't ready until 5 minutes before we had to close.

The building manager, Giovani, was wonderful with the home building process. He was accessible, knowledgeable, open minded, flexible and helpful. He made the home building process not just easy, but fun for us as buyers. He addressed our concerns quickly and educated us about many things along the way. The suggestions and recommendations he made were things we are really grateful for after we moved in.

I love my new home. It was worth the minor issues with workmanship when moving in.

The fact i was able to ask questions and connect with several on staff was outstanding, someone was always responded to the first time buyer questions.

Finish work and muniltipul other problems found with the house.

Our flooring seems to squeak quite a bit. It makes the floor feel cheap. Some issues with the cabinets such as them not being aligned or drawers touching each other. The landscaping died out soon after moving in even though we had the sprinklers on. There is always mud where the fence is due to poor drainage!

Everyone was extremely helpful and positive. They did everything they could to make our experience pleasant. Megan and Jeff were fantastic. The Mortage team was also great.

Workmanship is crap. The painters suck. My 9 year old daughter could do a better job. The trim used inside is crap. MDF garbage For a 500k + house I guess I thought it would be better.
