We were not in the state during the building of our home although we did have family members who participated in all the required inspections. Our construction manager and Quality Assurance Representative from Westbay has been top notch. We were notified immediately if materials or design changes occurred. When we first viewed our home in person the home looked flawless too to bottom. Both the CM and QAR assisted us in setting up our garage, thermostat, and sprinkler systems.

Our experience and service received was everything we expected from building with a quality higher end builder. Glad we chose West Bay.

When at the design center make sure to clarify what comes standard in the home.

I do mortgages on new construction homes for a living. I dreaded building a home. My process was seamless. Not a single glitch. Every single person I worked with at west bay was incredible. Leslie went above and beyond and even now still says hi when she see me etc. overall a great experience!

Our experience was a good one. The company is professional and built the house to the specs in the contract as is expected. Yes, it’s a pretty tight contract, so you should know that going in, no issues in our experience though. Home was completed in an orderly fashion, of course with some expected supply chain delays, but not extreme ones. The completion turned out very nice and we are happy with it. Dan, the construction manager managed it well. We built at a high point in the market but I believe it will appreciate considering how well built and finished it is. I don’t have experience with other builders in the Tampa market, but I can’t imagine they would be able to equal the job West Bay did. There are cheaper builders but I believe you get what you pay for. I don’t plan to build again, but if I needed to, I would trust WestBay to build it for us. ... More

We were very pleased through most of the build. Had a few issues and lack of communication but I guess that is to be expected. Overall we love our new house and feel we got a great value for our investment!
