HORRIBLE - EXPENSIVE FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON !!

No need to - they sent a survey to complete a while back - which was done - but not even a house rat has called me to discuss my concerns- the only reason we bought at Foundry is because of Location - NOT BUILDER ! That sentiment is shared with a good majority of the residents that i have personally spoken to - extremely shady and incompetent work - watch this , if a builder cant get basic painting done right what does that tell you ?? Nuff said !

Pulte Didn't deliver

Pulte made a lot of promises that they had improved their building construction but they didn't deliver? There's a lack of craftsmanship and use of contractors that aren't held to a high enough standard.

Just AWFUL!!!

This is our 8th homs purchase (5th new construction) and hands down it was the worst. Our experience consisted of broken commitments, poor responsiveness and build quality. I will not recommend this builder to anyone.

A house so ugly. I call them come to fix nobody show up to fix nothing.

The build quality and workmanship are poor. The follow up on punch items is horrible.

Inferior quality workmanship and deceptive sales process; extremely disappointed in Wieland/Pulte Co.

Build took 19 months instead of the 12 promised. No exceptions considered for customers who had to move to interim housing as a result. Closing delayed due to incredibly inferior workmanship. Incentive $ pulled out of deal the night before closing. Roof section is still missing both shingles and felt. On site foreman and customer care MBR overwhelmed with complaints, follow-up action is unacceptably slow.

Worst Experience Ever

If you want a 5-star headache, buy a home from these guys. Otherwise, just walk away. Although we are very happy in our new home, getting to this point was a nightmare. We had the worst project manager ever, a guy who was unhappy in his job and basically took out his frustrations on us and our home. Nothing was done right and the workmanship of what was done can only be described as amateurish. I won't describe the comedy of errors this construction site was, but took weeks to get things right. Everything you want costs money. They charge about double what you would pay for things ...
