It has only been six weeks but so far so good.

Very good townhouse with many upgrades. Great finishes and attention to detail.

The sales agent David is great. The turnover rate for the builders are terrible. We had three different builders by the time we closed. This lead to a lot of issues and barriers for closing, specifically things not getting ordered, projects not being scheduled in a timely fashion, and no one checking to see if projects were done to a certain standard ultimately leading to a six minute delay for closing and me missing out on great interest rates. Having paid >$600k for a home, I wasn’t expecting this. Nonetheless if the communication and Quality Control improves, the buying experiences would be awesome. ... More

There was little to no communication from builder unless I requested it. I lost two great rates locks waiting a year on completion of a townhouse. Builder is not flexible at all but expects you to be. The millwork and sheet rock work was poorly done. Paying over 500k I would expect better quality/work. Mark up on items you can select from design center is crazy.

Poor finishes, no attention to details, lack of response from the building team, multiple things still to be completed more than one month after closing.

Good overall experience. Quality of craftsmanship is not there for the dollar value we paid.

Bobbie and John were great to work with throughout the building process. They maintained a constant line of communication with informative weekly updates and responded to any questions/concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. We are very happy with our new home.

I imagine my experience was the exception rather than the rule because of Covid but the poor workmanship is apparent throughout the home. There is paint all over the floors that has yet to be professionally cleaned, the stain on the stairs is cloudy and inconsistent, the kitchen cabinets were incomplete and damaged and repairs have been made poorly, where handrails were attached to the walls drywall repair was required at every location and the repair work was sloppy. The floor vents were not flush, ceiling cans were not flush, there is paint and grout on the tile and grout was used to coverup where tile was cut incorrectly. My home is as expected, some of the workmanship details (edges, door frames) seem rushed, poorly measured and missing touch up paint. But on the whole, the house is great, the building manager is very responsive to fix a few things even after I closed. Wish the sales team had highlighted more the very short window for registering my HVAC. 30 days is very tight considering people are moving during that time.

It took more than a year to get home and a lot of compromises we had to make.

Easy homebuying experience. Love the house!

The build of our house was very smooth. They finished in their estimated window they provided us when we signed the contract and our project manager was in weekly communication with us on updates. We were moving form out of state during the build so it was great to receive these updates.

Great home buying experience

The experience started off with a bad omen when the sales rep couldn’t recall when and which neighborhood we were scheduled to meet when first viewing the property. However, beyond the poor communication throughout the building process, particularly with rational expectations on anticipated closing, the various site managers did a terrible job in overseeing the quality of work completed by subcontractors. At closing, there was a laundry list of items that needed correction and we are now two months in and still dealing with our punch list being completed. This is our second build so, we’ve been through the process before. The lack of attention to detail and attempts to get us to accept the condition of the home as-is is what sparked this review. Pulte’s aim is simply to get you in the home and push you off to their Customer Care team after closing fir the 1-year warranty. My overall experience with my home purchase was amazing!!

The pace of delivery was woefully SLOW. The people in the end tried very hard to accelerate the project, but the damage to us financially was done. 6 months of rent at $2900/month, storage at $800/month, and the total inconvenience of having to move everything twice; it was due to be completed est. by September 2021. We placed the contract in December of 2020. So that makes it a year and 3 months. :-( We also had locked in a loan at 2.7% and almost lost it...3 days away from losing it and Pulte Closing Dept. caused major confusion at the end and a lot of gnashing of teeth and a firestorm with my lender! There are many minor issues as to be expected, but some key ones were encountered along the way: - The foundation was poured wrong for the elevator and had to be dug out and repaired causing delays at the end. - The roof leaked for 6 weeks after dry in - There was a fire from the painters, luckily no damage but a real anxious moment - The building sat for 2 months with little to no effort in Feb 2021- May, and then again from Jun - August for no availability of windows; this was very stressful for us! Overall it was a very strong positive experience. Between Harrison in sales and Patrick on the construction side, there was never a major issue that went unattended.

Great location. Not flexible when needed easy changes during building.

Quality materials but poor workmanship.

I closed on my home on November and there are still outstanding issues that should have been addressed prior to closing.

No action. Builder says always everything is good. material is fine. but finish very poor. wrong paint, wall crack, missing column molding, window broken, poor flooring(uneven)

From unrealistic delays to not timely information provided from the builder, this was by far the worst home buying experience that we had with my family.

Matt C. Was a pleasure to work with and paid attention to the details throughout construction and close out. I would highly recommend the builder and team for future project!

Across the board many buyers in this neighborhood have had multiple significant issues (basement water leaks, burned out water heaters, AC problems, non-functional appliances, leaking windows etc..).

Beautiful layout.. Wish we had been able to discuss an elevator prior to completion
