We purchased an existing, finished townhouse in the Foundry and couldn't have enjoyed a better experience. The entire process was a joy and the team at Weiland answered all of our questions and were extremely helpful. Sherri, Meagan, and Chad were always available to help us and made the process very easy for us. Brent on the construction side went above and beyond consistently and was always available and attentive. I'm a customer home builder and I bought a Weiland home so that should speak volumes. I highly recommend trusting Weiland to build your home.

After closing, he ensured that the few workmanship issues that were discovered were addressed quickly and correctly. We were fortunate to deal with John Wieland Homes/Pulte from the beginning to the end. We were told it would take about seven months from contract signing to closing which it did. We were told we would be notified of closing 45 days out and we were. Our Sales experience with Billy and Dana was fun and we felt they were working with our interest in mind throughout. The design process was accomplished with Ann-Mishoe and she was very good to work with. What could have been tedious was again fun. When we moved to construction we first worked with Travis and then Justin for the final four months. We were impressed with their knowledge, attention to detail and friendliness. When issues came up we were told that within JWH/Pulte the code is always to do the right thing which was true in our mind. Maryann was gray to work with. She was always very responsive. When we decided to change cabinets she had the quote to is within 24 hours. During the final walk through Brennen was very willing to see the faults and even repainted multiple room entirely. Great team, great experience

We love our house and the process of home buying was conducted honestly and professionally . Builder has to be more restricted with the carpentry related to the doors alignment . Our agent Mrs. Julie was very professional , helpful and responsive. Thank you all

This was our second time buying. Second time experience not a good as the first time which prompted us to come back. We were not informed of a few structural changes which impacted placement in the finished home. We are on our third roof which was an uphill battle altogether. For a two million dollar home one would expect two a/c zones on the main floor, but no, there is only one! There were plenty of minor issues and problems that we did not encounter during the first home build in 2020. There seemed overall less flexibility to correct mistakes, do trade offs and get issues resolved. In many cases it took many emails to get a problem fixed. Good at getting repairs schedule and most small things have been fixed at 6 weeks of ownership, but will be more. They have a good system to deal with issues. Only issues is the subs they have to reply on - some very responsive and others not so much. They do seem to care and I am hope with how solid the home is and the repair process.

We moved into our new townhouse about a month ago and so far everything seems beautifully built with great attention to detail. There have been a few very minor issues but each issue has been resolved quickly and at no additional cost to us. During the building process, we received detailed weekly updates on the progress and we were able to visit the property many times before we closed to see the progress in person. Overall, we love our new home and can see ourselves here for many years to come.

The John Wieland team was a pleasure to work with. McKenzie our project manager was exceptionally great. There were a few minor set backs due to availability of certain materials due to COVID but overall, a great builder to have build my house. Their settlement process was seamless and uneventful. I would defiantly recommend John Wieland to build your home.

The experience was overall a very positive one

We found working with the Pulte team a very nice, enjoyable experience. Wesley was so responsive and always followed up to make sure anything that needed to be corrected was done. I also found Paige to be very responsive and eager to make sure things were going well for repair.

Professional, efficient. Responsive, and competent in our dealings. Matt and McKenzie were a pleasure to work with.

The build of our house was very smooth. They finished in their estimated window they provided us when we signed the contract and our project manager was in weekly communication with us on updates. We were moving form out of state during the build so it was great to receive these updates.

Overall it was a very strong positive experience. Between Harrison in sales and Patrick on the construction side, there was never a major issue that went unattended.

They are very responsive to any issues that arise.

We had many issues with the quality of the workmanship and materials of the home however the last field manager(Corey) and the warranty department have being outstanding and closed all the open issues. They response to the issues is almost immediately. Even after closing our field manager and our sale representative still there for us. They are the shining stars from Pulte Homes!!! Based on previous comments from homebuyers we were concern with the warranty department but in our case they are fantastic.
