This was our 2nd new build home and this time it was taking place between the craziest time in the housing market (supply chain issues, rate increases, inflationary) but the team at K Hovanian did an outstanding job communicating and being a great resource. They have an excellent team of sales, builder and warranty folks at their disposal that made the experience seamless. Their contract was fair, the value was excellent and their technology was unmatched. Best buying experience. Would buy again!!
