It was by far the best hone buying experience I've ever had despite buying during a pandemic. Everyone from sales to service during the construction and after have been upmost professional and on top of things. Love my Khov home!

My wife I love our new home. The build quality is great. The best part of the experience was the communication and interaction with construction managers Carl, Floyd and Anthony. Trisha was a professional every step of the way and Eyvone responded to our questions/requests in a prompt and professional manner.

The Staff from start to finish were professional and positive. I especially enjoyed becoming a part of the Khovninian family during our World Crisis and Pandemic. They made buying my home less painful. All staff show that they care about getting things done right and with a spirit of excellence. It was my pleasure to get a chance to meet each team involved. Great Job guys!!!!

Buying a house can be extremely stressful, but everyone I worked with at KHov made it seamless and exciting for me. I really enjoyed the process. I could have done without all the paperwork, lol. :) Huge shout out to Shauna, Mike, and Marcus at Cadence development for assisting me with all of my new homeowner questions and going out of their way to help me with any minor issues. I’m so happy in my new home and appreciate all the extra help I have received. Not sure what I’m gonna do when they are gone.

You can trust this builder and their team of professionals!!! During the whole process we felt connected to the builders and the team every step of the way!!! Wouldn't you like your builder to send pics of the new stuff going in on your house?! This builder DOES!!!! Wouldn't you want to talk to somceone right away if you had a question.....This sales office and builder team DOES!!!! WOW!!! was my experience!!!! Steve, Ben , Mike Shane, Bill......topnotch team deserves a shout out for sure!!!! This is the 7th house I've bought and by far the best experience!!!

Allison and Scott were great. Your sales manager and lending team need improvement. They wouldn't even give me my closing costs. Their lender wouldn't match our rate. My payment was $200 more expensive. The bigger builders wouldn't do this. I have a real estate office and team. This makes me never want to do business with K Hov again. I was saving 72k using my lender. They were very rude about it also. Then they were trying to make it as hard as possible for my lender. We didn't have much time to close. Then they were trying to charge me daily if we closed late. I've bought and sold hundreds of new builds. Never seen anything like it. Your lucky to have Scott and Allison. Our sales rep, Zaira, was exceptional! She made every step of the process a great experience!

Onsite.crew were great. Anthony, Carl and Sabrina helped with anything they could to help make the process go smooth. I can’t say that about the home office. Much confusion on the closing date with some people not giving me true stories. Didn’t get closing numbers till the day before and they were wrong and had to be corrected. Seemed like the office didn’t communicate very well the the field and me.

We had a great experience.

1. The foundation had a chunk of concrete missing. 2. The cabinets in the kitchen was missing paint 3. The walls throughout the entire house was half painted. 4. The drywalls had multiple texturing imperfections 5. The sink pedestal was installed off centered and rotated 6. The side walk and the front porch had a height difference causing a trip hazard. 7. The drain pipe in the master bathroom tub wasn't properly installed which caused the cap to constantly fall into the tub. 8. All of the towel and toilet paper fixture were literally dangling on the walls 9. the drip pan to the hot water heater was bent at a 90 degree angle and forced into place 10. The wiring to the surround sound was installed less than 2inches from the air vent making it impossible to install speakers. 11. The tile near the tub was cut 1\2 inch too short, instead of re-cutting the piece the installer filled it with grout. 12. The refrigeration unit makes a clunking noise each time in shuts off ... Khov does not hold their contractors accountable particularly their HVAC system. In Arizona, a good HVAC system is vital. Three months in and no solution in sight.

People involved with the sale were great.

Finished home is perfect for what we were looking for. Aside from a couple light switches being in strange places everything is functioning as it should and seems well built. Communication, to me, seemed to lack a little bit when came time to close but they did a great job at working with us and in end it all came together. But covid happened so I can't complain. We are certainly enjoying our new k hov home and so far no issues.

I worked with Shane. He was untrustworthy and ruined the entire experience for me. He/you were inflexible with deadlines and dates. I was not local, and worked during the day. I was lead to believe if I didn't comply with his schedule, I would push my closing back and potentially lose out on the deal. I will not be recommending KHOV for anyone to build. On the positive side - Mark (construction) has been extremely helpful and did his best to help turnaround my experience.

Sabrina was amazing kept me updated with lots of pictures so I could see my home from start to finish
