K. Hovnanian is truly a top-tier builder and I have highly recommended them. Home is wonderful quality, layout is perfect for our family, and the customer service has been unprecedented. Julie deserves ample amounts of recognition for her wonderful professionalism. She is the key part of this high review with the warranty support. I also appreciate Cody's support and Natasha in helping us into our dream home.

Their mortgage company and negotiation team were a joke.

Painless purchasing and fixed everything we wanted in the house during inspection

We are retirees and purchased a newly built home to avoid issues. We've been experiencing one issue after another since moving into our home, issues that could have been avoided with proper inspection and workmanship prior to putting the house on the market. Garage door bolts dropping off, front door lock loose, air-conditioner stopped working, faulty tray in dish washer, using the air fryer and kettle at the same time causes the breaker to trip and on and on!!!!!!

The sales and builder teams did a great job throughout the process. They responded to all our questions and requests in a timely manner. A great source for additional help. We continue to use the KHovnanian team and appreciate their help.

Workmanship of house is not as good as I would have hoped for

My experience hasn't been a pleasant one, my home was rushed within 2 months of moving into my home there has been issues are issues and the service department and construction has not been very unresponsive. they respond at their own pace and have not been pleasant to deal with. The homes looks nice but once you move in it's a completely different story. My new home the basement had mold because every time it rains the breaker trips and the sump pump stopped working causing an overflow that led to mold in the basement, door knobs falling off, garage caving in do yourself a favor and go with another company that genuinely cares. ... I don't think the quality of KHOV is what it once was.

Build for quality versus speed and remove ridiculous cost savings such as small garages and one outdoor garage light on a two car garage. That's just an example of many things that are not common sense.

You fall in love with the model home but the reality is you end up with a stript down model. That means pouring concrete, landscaping, rain gutters and so on and on. Towel racks and laundry and cabinets are all on you. Just be aware of all the above.

Should check their craftsman after work finished for quality work, and make them repair unacceptable work. Do not follow up in a timely manner. Would not recommend them.

No major issues other than the surrounding grass and land which requires regrading and reseeding.

Base on the home recent purchases and with comparison to the last KH home.

The house is beautiful and well made. The warranty staff does an excellent job at fixing problems.

I think you have it all together for selling homes great job.

Extra expenses incurred in installing blinds for entry door and bedroom door could be avoided. Cabinet seems flimsy and may need replacing sooner.

We love our house but whoever does the grading is terrible at their job. The neighborhood wasn't planned very well and even thou we live in Florida there are yards with standing water. Some houses have higher floor slab elevations than the house adjacent to it by as much as a foot or more. With just a measly 10' between million dollar homes there's not enough room to properly grade the yards. Like I said, not planned very well

Our buying process was great. We worked with Kay at Reunion and she was informative and quick in response. This said, after 5 months in we've begun to notice things around that house that were missed during the initial walk-though. Missing caulking along the exterior windows, uneven flooring and peeling caulking around the base boards.. And the year.. wow, it is so uneven that it makes it difficult to mow in some areas. Given the look and feel of this neighborhood I would have expected there to be a bit more care taken when working on the house. I'm disappointed by these things, but it doesn't outweigh the fact that the neighborhood is beautiful as is the house. I'd purchase it again, but would have paid closer attention to all of these things during the closing process. ... More

I recently purchased a home in the Mariposa community at Lathrop. Significant number of wide settling cracks within 5 months of accomodation because of which we see a significant increase in pest activity. By the end of 12 months, I am anticipating more settling cracks. When asked if Warranty team can come in 2 times within the 12 month period, the only response obtained is only once according to their terms. Addressing customer concerns does not seem like a priority for ***** homes. The fundamental issue of poor workmanship is not acknowledged and being addressed.

I have a leak in my roof and have called the warranty team 3 times without any follow up, what so ever.
