Great value, friendly service, quality

Buying a Aspire @ Stones throw K.Hovnanian home has been an experience my family & I will not forget. Being a first time home buyer the experience has been seamless, the stigma that everyone saying buying a house is stressful has been the total opposite. In my opinion, buying a first home here was pretty much like buying a car, except the wait for the house to get built of course. And by the way watching the house being built from being just a dirt lot to final move has been exciting every step of the way. If you’re tired of renting than PLEASE(X3) buy K.Hovnanian!!!!!

Buying was very easy since the saleswoman and lender communicated well. We always got an immediate response from both of them. We were on a tight timeline and they got us in our house so fast! Even after move in, everyone has been very responsive. Buying a home K. Havnanian has been an amazing experience!

Scott, Scott, and Rose were amazing throughout the whole purchasing journey. Scott #1 met with us multiple times to take progression photos. Scott #2 was always smiling and helpful, and Rose helped us from beginning to end with the purchase. She'd call once a week to encourage us. We love our new KHOV home! We have no issues! It is comfortable, efficient, and comfortable. We have never bought a new home. We have always bought older homes. Thank you, KHOV. The only reason for four stars on quality is some of the counters, bathtubs, and toilets chip pretty easily. It isn't a huge issue, but it moves it from a five to a four. Sales process was efficient/quick and Joshua the sales agent is very knowledgable and responsive during the sales process. Eli, the construction head was key in my purchase decision as well - he was available to help answer questions quickly. After the sale, Howard in Customer Service has been great.

Susan in the sales office was great to work with. Very helpful and friendly. I never felt pushed by her as some people in sales can be. As for craftsmanship, there are things that I have found. My walls have rounded corners. One is dented and it is not easily fixable. I find scratches and dings on doors. I know they were there prior to moving in because they are painted over. Paint splatters on windows. Caulking higher on window frames then it should be. All little things that the contractor and whoever else inspects work should catch. It's workers being sloppy.

From the initial purchase to final move in, our purchase went without a hitch. Though not perfect, of course, the quality and value of our home has been very good. The builder’s team on the construction side just before and immediately after we moved in, was conscientious and helpful. We have been in our home for a short time, and, while we have a list of items that need attention, some have already been addressed in a decent timeframe.

First and foremost, I want to commend Joshua, Eli and Howard for their outstanding support throughout the entire journey. They are patient, attentive, and always available to address my questions and concerns, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, their dedication to customer service is evident in every interaction. Whether it was promptly returning calls, coordinating service, or guiding us through specific questions in our home, everyone we encounter demonstrates a high level of expertise and a sincere desire to make this experience positive for me. Just moved into our brand new house. Fast and less stressful buying process. No issues with the house so far, we can’t wait to make new memories here! Highly recommend.

Overall buying process was clean and straightforward. They have been very responsive to our questions and needs.

The new construction house was okay. We had a lot of issues with our electrical system. We had to call several times. Our doorbell, microwave fuses will be short all the time.

The selection of homes was nice, and sales agents were helpful. What we didn’t like is that the house felt rushed. The backyard was sloped which was not explained to us, we would have never chosen this lot if that was the case. There was a lot of construction debris left (nails, wood, metal) on the front, side and back of house. Painting in the house was rushed there was lots of overspray left behind on door knobs, hinges, and floors. Would be nice if fence was coated rather than bare wood

Good experience as I am the first time home buyer. From detailed knowledge to walkthrough to going into all the details of the home, makes you more comfortable to move forward with your decision. Thing which is more satisfying is that after purchasing home you still have warranty for an year.

The entire process from purchasing the lot, to choosing the model design, to choosing of options, to the financial aspects, to moving in, to follow up with any issues has been very good. All the contact people have been very nice, professional and helpful throughout the entire process!!

We really love our experience buying our new first home with K.Hovnanian. The house built is so amazing and we probably recommend it to our friends and family. Overall our experience is so great and excellent!

Paula is a true asset to Khov. She follows through with everything she says she will do. Her personality and kind nature puts you at ease. Thank you Paula for everything. Ross with the Finance part is terrific too. Always answers back with questions we had. Scott is the man when we had to do our walk through. Quiet but you can trust he will get things right. Thank you what a great team.

They kept me updated on the process all the time, no bad surprises. Any important documentation that I needed to give, was informed to me in advance.

We’ve had quite a few issues to resolve with the warranty coverage and it’s been a little difficult to get someone out at a reasonable time of the day. There’s been numerous occasions that my wife or I take off work and the individual has not arrived in the scheduled window time frame.
