I purchased a model home and am very happy with it. The home inspector even remarked that it is one of the most well-constructed homes he has ever seen, and he could tell that the builders were very conscientious and avoided some of the problems and mistakes he often sees with less experienced (or less conscientious) builders. We found our home when all of the design selections had been made and the home was substantially finished. Chad was and continues to be absolutely amazing. Our “blue tape” walk through and final walk through went great and all issues were addressed.

From the sales agents, the finance, and the quality control our experience was extraordinary.

From the pre-drywall walk-thru to the final Gold Key delivery, Mike was there to ensure all of my questions were answered. He took extra steps to make sure I was happy with my home, even going so far as to make adjustments to the length of the chandelier to make sure I was comfortable with the height!

The opportunity of purchasing a new home from K. Hovnanian Homes is the best decision that I have ever made. It has been since July 21st and I am as happier today as I was the first day that I received my keys. I feel that I made a great choice. This community is a quiet and peaceful environment . The homes are beautiful outside and inside. The management is great!

In our 41 years of marriage we’ve had 6 homes. Our experience with Hovnanian was by far the most pleasant with builders we have worked with. He was phenomenal to work with and really took an interest in making sure I picked the right home and understood the process. From the walk-throughs and finance, everything about KHOV was 1000% phenomenal. I have recommended them to countless people and tell them what a great experience I've had.
