I had great communication with the Sales Team, Design Team and the builders. They were AMAZING and made the process exciting and informative as a homeowner. I was however, a little let down throughout the entire process with the Mortgage Team ( the paperwork side of the purchase). As a first time home buyer, this was the most upsetting and confusing part of the process. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend K. Hovnanian!!

It is a nice residential area. Great product. Only issue i have is the size of our ally way for garage and parking.

Great very happy with the house

I am a first time owner and building my home from the ground up was intimidating and a tad bit scary to say the least. But once I received my first phone call from Sparky, I new I was in good hands!! Week after week I received thorough phone call updates in regards to my new home. He answered all one million questions I had and remained patient and detailed every step of the way. I've heard various challening home buying experiences from family and friends but I am extremely blessed that my experience with KHOV and their amazing employee Sparky was a great ,smooth, peaceful experience. I absolutely love my home and although I don't get my Friday phone calls any longer, I still get joy when I come out my home in the morning and I see such an awesome person riding around the community striving to obtain goals to stay on task to provide families with their new home. Mariana, was absolutely amazing as well, I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecisiveness for weeks. She allowed me to see the model everyday lol while being so patient while I made the biggest purchase of my life. From start to finish the process was truly a breeze thanks to the passionate workers like Sparky and Mariana who really made this experience memorable!! I a great place!!! Very good attention since start with Khov. The staff that help us with my mortgage excellent.

The building process was very easy, the only issue we had was at the design studio, where some issues were not explained correctly and some information we were given was wrong.

Sparkey, our builder was fantastic. He communicated with us every Friday. He kept us updated on all work being done on our new home. He also was very responsive with any issues we had and answered all our questions thoroughly. Sparkey is a true asset to your company.

Our construction manager was great, he provided weekly updates and was accommodating to all of our questions and requests.

We had a excellent experience with all the process.

At first, I was apprehensive about buying from a builder. They seemed to hold all the cards. The initial sales pitch felt a bit like being at a car dealership, but once we progressed past that, and I started dealing with more of their team, I was very pleased at how thorough and organized they were, especially the loan officers and the person overseeing construction. I can't say enough about how Aaron made me feel like I could instantly trust him. He takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship, and he offered to follow up and help as I got moved in and maybe noticed some things. He was true to his word. When else do you get someone checking in on you after a sale like that? I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from K. Hov, and highly recommend trusting them in this process, if you're looking to buy as well. ... More

We stumbled onto the Sola Vista community one day and fell in love with an inventory home that just became available that same day due to the previous buyers (who designed it) financing falling through. It felt like destiny, as we hadn't even listed our house for sale yet. The sales agent we worked with, Jorge, is a gem. Friendly, honest and super patient. The building manger, Lawrence, is just a fantastic human. He made sure that everything was perfect with the home. The walk through was extremely thorough. He's even checked in on us to see how things are going and if we've needed anything several times since closing and we've been here a month. All of our questions were answered and we were 100% satisfied. The community is gorgeous and very well kept, neighbors are friendly, and everyone at KHov is lovely to work with. We are very thankful to be part of the community and absolutely love our home. Buying with KHov was the best decision. We've recommended them to several family members already! ... More

beautiful house, love the construction. However just a week after moving in ,door knobs falling off kitchen cabinets falling off, and the screen door coming off, no instructions on configuring garage gate and garage key gate . So overall im not happy with the way my family and I were treated after closing the house.

Unlike the models, the driveways in front of the garage are way to short to park a standard car. Disgraceful!

It was a great experience. Lisa (Sales) and Sparky (Construction) were very nice and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way.
