Everyone was very helpful from day one. From the negotiation when we came to the community to closing.

Great people form the Sales person to the people fixing any problem, very professionals and very dedicated to the client.

The overall experience with KHov was great. Larissa and Tamira help us with the process and they were always available for us. They answered every question we had diligently.

I had great communication with the Sales Team, Design Team and the builders. They were AMAZING and made the process exciting and informative as a homeowner. I was however, a little let down throughout the entire process with the Mortgage Team ( the paperwork side of the purchase). As a first time home buyer, this was the most upsetting and confusing part of the process. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend K. Hovnanian!!

It is a nice residential area. Great product. Only issue i have is the size of our ally way for garage and parking.

I am a first time owner and building my home from the ground up was intimidating and a tad bit scary to say the least. But once I received my first phone call from Sparky, I new I was in good hands!! Week after week I received thorough phone call updates in regards to my new home. He answered all one million questions I had and remained patient and detailed every step of the way. I've heard various challening home buying experiences from family and friends but I am extremely blessed that my experience with KHOV and their amazing employee Sparky was a great ,smooth, peaceful experience. I absolutely love my home and although I don't get my Friday phone calls any longer, I still get joy when I come out my home in the morning and I see such an awesome person riding around the community striving to obtain goals to stay on task to provide families with their new home. Mariana, was absolutely amazing as well, I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecisiveness for weeks. She allowed me to see the model everyday lol while being so patient while I made the biggest purchase of my life. From start to finish the process was truly a breeze thanks to the passionate workers like Sparky and Mariana who really made this experience memorable!! Sparkey, our builder was fantastic. He communicated with us every Friday. He kept us updated on all work being done on our new home. He also was very responsive with any issues we had and answered all our questions thoroughly. Sparkey is a true asset to your company.

It was a great experience. Lisa (Sales) and Sparky (Construction) were very nice and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way.

Overall my experience with K. Hovnanian was good except that there were a lot of minor issues with the home and it has taken a lot of time to get the issues addressed and are still being addressed.

I was so excited in purchasing this home but wish I had a chance to decorate.

From salesman to builder management is very professional in my opinion. They reply very quick to all the claims and issues I’ve reported and handled it very professional. I’ve read a lot of reviews and I don’t know why there’s a lot of complaints, but so far I’m very happy of my new house and felt happy that I’ve made a right choice going with KHov. I’m definitely will recommend KHov to all my friends and family who would like to build a house in the future and would definitely go with KHov if we happen to want a second home.

We were initially put off by the online reviews, but after talking to some realtors in the area decided to work with KHov. And we're glad we did! We found the right lot and floorplan for us and everything went according to schedule except for the pool, but that was not in their control. Although there were a lot of upgrades that were costly, the end product is something we are happy with and intend to live in for many years. Our builder project manager Mike was very responsive, always attentive to our wishes, and made an effort to fix anything we asked. The building process was very easy, the only issue we had was at the design studio, where some issues were not explained correctly and some information we were given was wrong.

At first, I was apprehensive about buying from a builder. They seemed to hold all the cards. The initial sales pitch felt a bit like being at a car dealership, but once we progressed past that, and I started dealing with more of their team, I was very pleased at how thorough and organized they were, especially the loan officers and the person overseeing construction. I can't say enough about how Aaron made me feel like I could instantly trust him. He takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship, and he offered to follow up and help as I got moved in and maybe noticed some things. He was true to his word. When else do you get someone checking in on you after a sale like that? I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from K. Hov, and highly recommend trusting them in this process, if you're looking to buy as well. ... More
