As much as I am happy with the experience of buying and the quality of the house, I am disappointed with actions taken to resolve my issues. I have to live with squeaking floor, caulking that has gone bad, since the first month, in the kitchen, stairs and bathroom till the end of the year. That’s when I get a courtesy visit to fix these issues because I am only entitled to 1 visit!!!! I was told they can send someone to fix these things but this will be it, I loose the 1 time end of the year visit to fix popping nails and other issues. Meanwhile I just have to live with the cracks in my kitchen and squeaky floor for months. By the way these issues were addressed during the first month we moved in. These issues are not part of a courtesy visit, these issues must be fixed right away!!! ... More

Sales team is great. Supervisors on site are awesome. Warranty process is quick but not. They respond quick but it takes several visits from several trades to address issues. And some are ongoing issues about same item. It seems that everybody on the team is working hard but they could use a few more employees to help with their workload.

We recently had our new home built by K. Hovnanian in the Hazel Run Glen community and we were very satisfied with our overall experience. The quality of construction and attention to detail are impressive. The finished product has a beautiful, upscale look that truly exceeded our expectations. The production team was professional, responsive, and committed to ensuring we were happy with every step of the process. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian to anyone looking for a builder that delivers both quality and style.

Working with Khov on this custom build was great, clear buying process and expectation setting. Quality is generally good with some minor tweaks and fixes needed.

I had a great experience with the entire process. Everything was communicated well, all issues were fixed prior to closing. Having a great project manager on site makes a huge difference!

There is nothing wrong with the homes, but with the size of the community there should be a community center.

Home buying went well home is mostly well designed, appliances are great. Have a few cosmetic issues, outside traffic noise is a little loud. Overall the property was worth purchasing.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a condo in the Pender Oaks community. My sales agent, Joey was truly amazing to work with! He was attentive to my needs and concerns. He also responded to my questions within a timely fashion. Despite the delay in the home building process, the KHov team communicated frequently to let me know what was going on. Matt, the Construction Manager, has also been wonderful throughout this process. He's been here through every step of the way and has taken the time to explain the inner workings of my home and has even gone above and beyond to help resolve certain issues with the home. He was very informative and he pretty much sold me on buying this Villa with his knowledge about KHovnanian homes.

The Sales Consultant (Becky) was very pleasant and awesome. She was always there to answer any questions / challenges we had, willing to help with our overall experience throughout the process. The construction manager (Blue) and the assistant (Ramiro) too were good. Ramiro is an awesome guy and friendly. Our friends love our house and desire to have something like this for their next houses when ready. On the Khov Mortgage side, we didn't have quite a good experience especially with the delay in getting rates on time which eventually led to higher rate from their side but we got our rate which is less from another provider.
