We purchased one of their Jefferson homes with four bedrooms, and we absolutely love it. The living space is spacious and bright, and the quality of the materials used is top-notch. We’ve received so many compliments! From our first visit to closing, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to anyone looking for a new home.

We had a very pleasand and smooth experience from our 1st time meeting Kim, our Sales Rep, to our final walkthrough with Tito, who explained everything in detail. Even after moving in and finding very minor issues, Kristie in the warranty dept, was exceptional in her making sure that the contractors were scheduled promptly, that that quality of the work was good,, and her follow-up after to assure we were happy with the work really put us at ease.

Our home buying/building experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

It was a good experience. I would just tell people that the day you get the “Gold key delivery”, even though it says 9am, plan on getting the keys at 5 pm. That was the only bad experience about the move in.

Delivery was on time as predicted before groundwork had even been started. Quality was excellent and no problems found after 3 months of living there.

The home was an excellent value for the price, especially given the quality of construction. They provided a standard warranty, and their follow-up service after move-in was outstanding. Any small issues i reported were addressed quickly and professionally.
