My Daughter and I had an excellent experience. Nikki and June went above and beyond for us. They were super responsive and extremely friendly. We absolutely love the product. My daughter’s townhouse came out gorgeous.

I know you will never reach to me for my issues: The warranty guy Phil is not ready to listen to your issues and has ready made answers. The whole first floor shakes in the home and things rattle the answer by Phil is “ The home is constructed to shake in the first floor” I am really not sure for what I paid my money for Really disappointing to having made business with Khov

We thoroughly enjoyed the design experience to make our new home as personal as possible. We were surprised of how we had the opportunity to choose all the interior finishings with many choices to select from. We had a very great experience with the staff at the sales office Nikki, June and Ed were all very friendly, professional and efficient. They took all of our concerns very seriously and were excellent communicators through the entire process of purchasing from start to finish. Scott and Eric with construction team did a great job - however some more thorough quality control would have been appreciated. We are experiencing some flooring, door and exterior railing issues as well as a damaged dryer. Overall the home was built very well except for a few areas we are hopeful and expecting that Phil and the warranty team will take care of in a timely and professional manner. Some construction issues need to be rectified that were not handled or realized before closing. My husband and I overall feel extremely happy we have selected this community to live and grow in. We would definitely recommend K Hov to anyone looking for building a new home. We thank everyone for a wonderful experience and look forward to many years living here! ... More
