We are delighted with our new home at the Preserve at Meadow Lakes in North Ridgeville. The house is everything we were looking and hoping for and is perfect for us. The purchase and the construction processes went as promised and we actually got our home ahead of the originally scheduled construction timeline. Everything we wanted in our home was delivered and the people that we worked with were friendly, responsive and supportive throughout. The sales team members were terrific to work with and communicated fully throughout the entire process. We are particularly impressed with construction manager Steve Butwinski and Service Manager Melissa Tessman who have been fully responsive, helpful and delightful to work with at every step. This was our first home build and we really enjoyed the process. From beginning to end we were informed of what was going on in the home and aware of any issues that popped up. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly prior to moving into the home. Nothing feels cheap or poorly finished. I can tell there was a lot of attention to detail and the entire process was professionally managed.

I love my new home in Cornerstone Farms. I am especially thankful for Keith Obran who is the project manager. I had many questions along the way during the construction process and he was extremely attentive and handled all of my questions and any issues that I had of concern. Keith made my building experience an incredibly happy one.

Our salesperson Doug was amazing throughout the many months of buying! Be careful about buying a seasonal build (Winter built house and closing early in the year). These get zero priority with installing driveways, grading, grass seeding, and landscaping. We’ve been moved in for over 3 months and all we have is a fresh driveway, sidewalks, and just dirt everywhere. All our neighbors are in the same situation. All the new and current builds are getting everything complete before even being sold. In this time we’ve had one screw in a tire fixed with a patch, another screw in a different tires sidewall causing a mandatory new tire, and concrete being flung on one of our vehicles with nothing being done yet after a few weeks. Have been very happy with our new home. Upgraded one toilet to a name brand, our choice. So far no issues with anything else.

Monica and Dominic were great to work with. When issues came up both of them handled each problem to our satisfaction. Nothing is perfect when building a home. But we are very satisfied building our home with KHOV and would recommend them to are friends and family.

From start to finish K Hovanian made it simple and pain-free.

Overall experience was great. At the model home Connie was great with house build choices. The painting could have been done a lot better. Wish all the air returns were covered up during drywall sanding and wall painting. Lots of junk in ductwork. Overall craftsmanship in finishing work sloppy.

House was completed earlier than promised and we were kept apprised of progress every step of the way.

My experience with the sales staff was fantastic. Diana and Connie were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I had very few problems after moving in and when I did Chris immediately returned my call and took care of it.

From the very moment we were greeted at the model home by sales rep Brandon we received top notch service, I really can't say enough about how friendly he was and how knowledgeable he was about home options. He answered all of our questions and referred us to a lender who also provided exceptional service and responded quickly to all of our questions. We then met with Bob and Kayla the construction Managers. They were very personable and really wanted to make sure to build us a quality house. They always kept their word about fixing something that we noticed during the build. They really made the whole process a fun and enjoyable experience. Overall I'm happy the way how it turned out. there's some minor issues but the person is responsive to address the issue.

Good experience overall. Sales reps were great. Detailed and open about the process. Seems like quality build and materials so far. Construction folks are good to deal with as well. Managed supply shortages remarkably well.

It was great experience from beginning to end. It would have been nice to include a few more items in the standard pricing.

Communication with the client is excellent. They do the work on time and even ahead of time. There are only minor shortcomings about the construction work.

For this to be our first home buying experience , K Hov made everything very easy . I do believe that some base options could be upgraded to be “base” such as paint.
