Exceptional customer service from the sale team. I usually dont like to put on the review because I expect nothing less from the Builder Sale team. But they been great to me and my wife through out the whole process. Everything went smoothly from pick out the house and finance.

The entire process from purchasing the house to moving in was challenging and frustrating. The initial date of move in was presented as beginning of June but I received the keys on 6/22, approximately 2.5 weeks later. It was a big deal since I moved from out of state and had to stay at Airbnb until i received the keys. The quality of the house is poor. It looks nice and esthetic but barely functioning . The roof titles were broken, slipped/displaced, chipped. There were many deficiencies and areas of concerns around the exterior of the house: paint and blemishes on window frames, paint on the front entryway, broken/scratched window glass, patio electrical outlet dysfunctional, splash block at AC condensation pipe directing water to the foundation, paint stains/drips on the floor or grout, several areas that were not painted (doors, walls), damaged cabinet drawers, shower tiles in need or touch-up, scratches in bathtub, shower wall not sealed, poor baseboard finish, scratches along the base of the sliding door, inadequate drip edges on the roof allowing rain water to concentrate around house wall deep towards the foundation to a degree that gutters needed to be installed, lack of cabinets in the laundry room, leaking refrigerator due to disconnected water lines, missing caulking around the hot tub, AC unit slid off of the pad, poorly designed front yard landscaping with drying/dying plants/shrubs, lack of pavers/pads for trash cans, entrance door with glass contributing to lack of security and privacy, very poor workmanship below standards. It has been an absolute disaster working through the portal to get some issues addressed inside our house.

The sales consultant was top notch, and the construction manager and team were excellent as well. However, the funding process was more challenging than it needed to be. Otherwise, *****.

We went through the purchase and build from sale to close from out of state. It was smooth and and made easy by excellent communications from all parties.

Real estate agents should tell buyers that production-home quality can fall short of what the model and marketing suggest, that post-closing communication is often slow or incomplete, and that a custom build is worth considering if they want to avoid a long list of finish and workmanship issues that feel like they were rushed so the next house could start. We have been in the home about three months. Open items should be resolved well before the 12-month warranty window closes.

Good communication, fast response times, addressed any and all concerns

Lisa, our sales person, was great through the entire process. Sam, our construction manager, was wonderful and always answered any questions we had. When problems did arise, they were addressed and resolved. Great experience overall!

My review was mainly based on the communication throughout the process.

Poor communication, empty promises, post inspection issues dismissed or downplayed. Attention to detail is pretty bad. Luckily warranty department has been good. They don't dismiss issues and send someone as fast as possible.

Entire process was very smooth. I recommend this builder to everyone. I will wait to see how they handle any of my issues.

The responsiveness to issues by James ***** and Stephanie ***** has been outstanding. Best customer service and follow up we have ever seen. It is a pleasure to work with them.

I still feel valued by the team here at ***** as a resident of this wonderful community. It wasn't just about making the sale…it's about the relationship that has been built.

The fact that the price was right with good local schools was offset by the lack of options. Some features chosen by the builder that we were not allowed to change will result in us having to spend significant money to redo. Example: the home is a 4 bedroom plus office - yet the kitchen and master bath are designed for a couple without kids. 1 towel bar in the master bath with a layout that provides no space for an additional towel bar and location of electrical outlets forces you to run your electrical cords over the sink. It should be located between the sinks! Storage space in the kitchen is lacking. Instead of cabinets we got 4 shelves - nice if you don't cook and are interested in the display of nick-nacks. The sales process was flawless, and everyone on the team was helpful. However, once we closed on the houses, all the promises went out the window.

K hovnanian was excellent. They were responsive and made everything as smooth as possible.

People except poor workman ship they except them to keep trying to get it right instead making them do it the right way the first time

I also appreciate Cody's support and Natasha in helping us into our dream home.

Their mortgage company and negotiation team were a joke.

Painless purchasing and fixed everything we wanted in the house during inspection

We are retirees and purchased a newly built home to avoid issues. We've been experiencing one issue after another since moving into our home, issues that could have been avoided with proper inspection and workmanship prior to putting the house on the market. Garage door bolts dropping off, front door lock loose, air-conditioner stopped working, faulty tray in dish washer, using the air fryer and kettle at the same time causes the breaker to trip and on and on!!!!!!
