My overall experience with K. Hovnanian has been pleasant from the start. The Sales manager ( Ms. Jackie) was helpful and available to address my questions. The quality of execution of the house is very good. I would recommend them highly.

The sales team here in Madera was great. Brian always took care of our questions and needs. The lending team which included Lorena and Linda were amazing and so easy to work with even through all the little hiccups. I was nervous about working with someone so remote for our loan but they exceeded my expectation and I really hope they get recognized for their great work and I’m sure it’s not just with my loan I am very appreciative.

Kyle and Clay where both top notch in their professionalism and timely responses. Kyle especially made our purchase a better experience. I would have liked to have seen higher quality cabinets with dovetailed joints and roller bearing glides for this price range.

My new house is beautiful. My wife and I love it. One thing we don’t satisfy is the yard. It is bumpy.

First time home buyer here. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with every step along the way, process made easy.

Everyone that I worked with was very helpful and nice. They answered any questions I had and made sure I had updates on the progress of the house. I would get immediate responses for my questions and someone was always available.

Overall, the process was relatively smooth and all involved parties were transparent throughout. I really appreciated their open communication.

My wife I love our new home. The build quality is great. The best part of the experience was the communication and interaction with construction managers Carl, Floyd and Anthony. Trisha was a professional every step of the way and Eyvone responded to our questions/requests in a prompt and professional manner.

It was our first home to build and it all went great and smooth for the most part. Peter “Our Sales Rep” did a awesome job on helping us with everything and seemed always available when we need him.

I am a first time owner and building my home from the ground up was intimidating and a tad bit scary to say the least. But once I received my first phone call from Sparky, I new I was in good hands!! Week after week I received thorough phone call updates in regards to my new home. He answered all one million questions I had and remained patient and detailed every step of the way. I've heard various challening home buying experiences from family and friends but I am extremely blessed that my experience with KHOV and their amazing employee Sparky was a great ,smooth, peaceful experience. I absolutely love my home and although I don't get my Friday phone calls any longer, I still get joy when I come out my home in the morning and I see such an awesome person riding around the community striving to obtain goals to stay on task to provide families with their new home. Mariana, was absolutely amazing as well, I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecisiveness for weeks. She allowed me to see the model everyday lol while being so patient while I made the biggest purchase of my life. The sales agent was very helpful and responsive. She sent pictures during the construction so we could see progress. The builder did a good job of keeping to his timeline and fixed all items that we identified in the walk thru. The KHov mortgage company was very helpful too.

Everything about our new home is great.

I think there is a lot of integrity in this company. I don't feel like anyone is trying to get away with the absolute minimum, or trick me. They have been really receptive about all of my concerns and really just want me to be happy and comfortable in my new home. I adore Tamara, Jose, Eduardo, and Lloyd. All of them have been totally wonderful and accommodating. My only real concern has been the sloppy handy-work throughout the house. There are a lot of small things that were done sloppily. However, they have been more than willing to come and fix everything I'm not satisfied with. It looks like the crew was in a rush, which sounds like the case considering how quickly they've been selling/building these houses. I think it would benefit the company to slow down on the builds so that they don't have to come back and fix the numerous mistakes later. I do also wish they varied the home designs a little more. First time home buyer here. Had a great experience with K.Hov. The home buying process was rather easy with no hidden costs or fees . The process of buying a car was more stressful than dealing with K.Hov.
