We thoroughly enjoyed the design experience to make our new home as personal as possible. We were surprised of how we had the opportunity to choose all the interior finishings with many choices to select from. We had a very great experience with the staff at the sales office Nikki, June and Ed were all very friendly, professional and efficient. They took all of our concerns very seriously and were excellent communicators through the entire process of purchasing from start to finish. Scott and Eric with construction team did a great job - however some more thorough quality control would have been appreciated. We are experiencing some flooring, door and exterior railing issues as well as a damaged dryer. Overall the home was built very well except for a few areas we are hopeful and expecting that Phil and the warranty team will take care of in a timely and professional manner. Some construction issues need to be rectified that were not handled or realized before closing. My husband and I overall feel extremely happy we have selected this community to live and grow in. The employees at K. Hovnanian Homes are so good to work with. I love the use of the square footage in the home. It is a great space for me and my girls. The neighborhood id in a great location with both schools so close that my kids can walk to school It's been an amazing time saver for me in the morning.

We had never built a home before, so we didn't know what to expect. During the process we were kept informed about everything, and everyone we dealt with was professional but friendly. They were truly concerned that our house met our specifications and all of our questions we're answered. Overall a great experience and a great home!

KHOV organization and Team Members are trustworthy, friendly, dependable, and play win to win. They are professionals at what they do. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have become a fan of KHOV and would definitely recommend them to buyers of a new home.

We love our new home. The quality of construction is superb. All our friends and family members are at awe seeing the house!! Drew was outstanding. A thorough gentleman and a friendly professional! He attended to all our questions and issues with lots of patience and was very understanding of our concerns. Eban was awesome too. We highly rate Hovnanian and would recommend it to any home buyers.

The quality of the products and workmanship are just good. I think these can be improved a little to become excellent.

My home is beautiful. We were able to create and design it as we wanted and things progressed pretty quickly. All the parties were really nice and we were pleases with our services.

Our home had a great construction manager that kept us informed and apprised of the different phases of construction. Plus construction was done a week early than originally told. Everything went smooth

We were not there during construction, but spoke to the sales rep, Kelsey, often. She was always knowledgeable of the process and always quick to respond to any of our concerns. A pleasure to work with.

Love the new house- everything we wanted and more

The sales staff and construction staff are top notch. Friendly, responsive and have a true interest in wanting you to love your new home. Look, issues happen. It's how your builder responds and corrects problems that is key. They get resolved quickly and even post sale the warranty department has never said no to an issue. They want you happy.

They were all responsive and making sure I understood the process. Thank you, especially to Lorena and Linda. They were amazing!

The construction team was very responsive during our build and continues to be responsive after our move. We are very satisfied with our decision to build with KHov.
