Love the house and the experience except the quality of lumber we got.

I’m happy with my Home and would recommend KHOV to anyone. Garrett their construction manager is amazing, he was great and honestly he is the main reason why I would recommend them.

Great quality and trustworthy environment

Appliances have scratches. The garage and some areas in the house are not clean and not appearing to be a brand new house. Window frames are dirty due to mud. Carpet is not clean in some areas due to stains of mud. Many other minor issues. Overall it was a good experience.

Which builder paid more attention to co. that poured foundation,which resulted in a back wall in our home be off.It left floor joist and floor un level and a unhappy buyer.,when it came to repairs after accepting the house ,Adam was johnny on the spot,with repairs.

My experience with K.Hovnanian overall good.

They have best models and colors to offer

The sales team and wrap up team were great. The financing experiment was brutal.

My initial contact person with the builder was very responsive to calls and texts and walking me through the process. When I actually got into the home, I was instructed to send emails to the identified email address. I got an auto reply that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Weeks went by without me hearing from anyone. I saw one of the building managers around working on the neighbor's home and he handled some things personally for me. that was helpful. So, overall, the system has some gaps that need to be addressed; however, there were several individuals within the company that helped make things smooth for me. It was a wonderful experience buying my home through k.hov

The home is wonderful. The initial construction lead was not forthcoming about timing delays. When he was replaced, everything seemed to get back on track.

The sales rep Nick and the construction manager Tom have been phenomenal to work with throughout. We did encounter a few issues and questions along the way and both always remained very professional and helpful and prompt in addressing our concerns.

Argelio and Todd were amazing despite supply and delivery issues!

Good builder. Warranty issues are resolved quickly.

Having never purchased a model home before it was a little different. As far as the house goes, the quality of materials and quality of construction met or exceeded our expectations.

Project manager was very responsive. On a weekly basis he updated us on what had been completed and would would be completed in the upcoming week, keep us informed.

This Builder was amazing, they made the process super easy and smooth, the people who were helping us through this did an amazing job taking care of us, answering emails, questions, and phone calls every step of the way. We love the home would highly recommend

Love my home, lots of great design features, but there have definitely been a fair amount of frustrations along the way. Would have preferred to see a model of my home, as I was surprised about some aspects since I could not see a finished product. Buying a new home and not being able to make modifications to pre-selections by the builder was not ideal. The entire process had been very rushed (except for the home completion, which took much longer than expected.) Some of the finish detail work on the home is somewhat lacking as well as the overall sales experience. From salesman to builder management is very professional in my opinion. They reply very quick to all the claims and issues I’ve reported and handled it very professional. I’ve read a lot of reviews and I don’t know why there’s a lot of complaints, but so far I’m very happy of my new house and felt happy that I’ve made a right choice going with KHov. I’m definitely will recommend KHov to all my friends and family who would like to build a house in the future and would definitely go with KHov if we happen to want a second home.

The builders were honest in what to expect with delays in our current environment. They were responsive during the building process and answered all questions in a timely manner. The only caveat is the lack of flexibility to get certain options in your home...like different bathroom cabinets. I had one option and I will probably end up having it redone. The journey to getting the home completed was painless.

I had never heard of K. Hovnanian Homes prior to this home buying experience. So far, I am happy with my home and would purchase a future home from this builder. In my first two months of living in my new neighborhood, I feel comfortable and secure, both inside and outside my home.

The Sales Team and Construction Manager are professional, responsive, and friendly. The Corporate personnel are difficult to work with, scheduled closing and walk through at same time, and could not be reached easily.
