All the project managers working my development did a very good job responding to questions and concerns. Didn’t have one problem at all

Andrew and Terence were very responsive to our family needs and requests.

We have had prior experience with KHov in a different market here in Texas. The staff here have all been very helpful along the way. From Leonard and Iman at the sales office to Carlos the superintendent, all have been very nice and responsive. The different subs involved are simply here to get the job done in whatever way is efficient. It has not necessarily been skilled or appropriate. Paint and drywall were the worst. When the home buyer has to go through the home with blue tape, there is a problem. We spent too many hours doing someone else’s job in order to get it done properly. The AC will need additional adjustments in the coming months because we were dismissed prior to closing when we voiced our concerns. Arches and walls are crooked in many main areas of the house. This can’t be corrected now. And should have been addressed prior to finishing the drywall phase. The drainage swale adjacent to to the home is a small pond harboring mosquitoes. We understand this is a developer responsibility but KHov also owns the lot/home next door and holds some responsibility also. Carlos was very helpful in getting our fence straightened after a recent wind event just after we closed. But if the adjacent ground were more stable, there may not have been an issue. There was no issue on the other side of the yard. The house was allegedly cleaned prior to closing but it really wasn’t. We have had to clean all the toe kicks under the cabinets even though this was on a list prior to closing. Overall we love the home. But yes. The experience could have been better. ... More

Builder is very professional & treating customer very neatly..only concern is finishing not proper.

Overall, a very positive experience and we are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Only negative was lack of flexibility to make even minor changes even 1 day after contract signed.

Excellent home for the purchase price. Several delays in production and delivery.

First time home buyer should do more homework. I wish builder had shed more light into what’s needed and what not.

The whole crew, from sales to building, were great! Quick responses and step by step updates. This was our first time buying a new build and we couldn't be happier with choosing Khov!! Thanks guys!

Over all its good, but construction team and quality needs to be improved. As they are reluctant to answer and timely work.

We purchased the model home in Glen Riddle and due to the unique nature of the property, it was difficult obtaining a mortgage through no fault of our own. The K Hovanian mortgage group failed to obtain a mortgage for us, but due to the determination of Mike K, our sales person, he was able to assist use with a mortgage company that could. We are very appreciative. We have yet to move into the property as is being used as the model with our permission.

I am happy with this builder. The team member here are friendly, easy to reach out and response prompts. The houses designed are beautiful.

Builder did honor contract price during a period of shortages and price increases. People were great to work with except for our contact at the design center who made some errors and refused to accept blame. That individual is no longer with the company, we understand. Once contract was signed there was no flexibility to change or modify anything . The house seems to be built well but I feel they undersized the heating and cooling system for a two story dwelling. Overall the house is enjoyable and modern and comfortable to live in. I do think that cramming a total of nine houses in a cul du sac has crowded the sight lines and curb appeal of our property that was not evident during the lot selection process. We also have some minor correcting issues and the fixing sub contractors have not shown up to make the corrections that were promised. The builders warranty manager however has been a pleasure to work with as has also been the builders building superintendent . ... More

The home is built in a hurry. It is great to be on time, but some details can be improved.

Great house that I love it.

The overall experience was pleasant. The sales portion could've been better for a first time home-owner, however the construction team and process was exceptional.

Again, the whole process was great. Allison was an excellent contact/realtor that work with Us, she’s great with updates on where we at, the only downside of it was the delay in installing the meter which made us stay for a week in a hotel since key turn over was push back 2 times, we know it’s beyond builder control but it can still be avoided on my opinion if key turn over was scheduled after meter was installed. Over all experience was great 4 stars instead of five because of this hiccup.

We were so happy to find a house! The market became crazy and builders were taking advantage! KHOV helped us get into our brand new home without pushing up the cost unnecessarily and gave us a great timeline. They were done on time with no delays and kept us informed with photos and phone calls once a week We love our new community and our neighbors are great! Our house has tons of storage and our backyard has so much room we are putting in a pool! Thanks to KHOV and the people on site and in the office we have our brand new home!

The external designs are well thought out. The interior designs are good and pretty standard and expected from builders like KHOV. Insulations are great and can't hear sounds from neighboring unit. No qualms about price, especially during this pandemic era, where the demand outbeats the supply. There are some minor things, which would have improved overall experience, like Stop Valves (made of plastic) in Bathrooms, commodes are pretty cheap material. The price difference between these materials and other basic models are just couple of hundreds per home.

The how was in pretty good shape the only essues were in the delay of the build.
