Nice home for the price

Overall good experience with the home purchase. I'd like to highlight that TJ goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. He's extremely responsive, hard working, and I especially appreciate how considerate he is every time he takes his shoes off to enter the house.

Gregory and Matthew were very helpful and organized.

Everything was great with KHov up to the point of closing open items after we closed on the home. My expectations were very high given how smooth the buying and design processes went. Unfortunately, the response to open issues has been slow and not efficient at all. We are constantly having to call folks to follow up, they provide windows of time that are not met and some of the contractors are simply sloppy. The people in charge are nice, but somehow they are not as responsive as you would think they should be. I will take a few months to have our house fully "done".

I've had no issues with any of the people that ive worked with. My only issue is why would you let so many families move into a house that doesnt have a useful backyard for months at a time with no end in site. I have a dog, I would of like to have brought more plants and flowers from my previous home etc

Khov team is very helpful throughout the process. Made my first time buying experience simple and smooth.

The sales rep was very attentive and timely in both responses and updates; very diligent, reliable, accommodating, and efficient. She helped make the home-buying process and experience easy and enjoyable. Additionally, she helped smooth over some bumps in the road. The building team did a good job overall, despite some moments of untimely responses. Team members were very courteous, and their follow-up repairs (per inspection reports) were timely and clean.

Ours sales agent was a delight to work with. She was very helpful and responsive. We had to make a relocation and find a home quickly and she was instrumental in accomplishing our deadline.

Overall buying experience was excellent. Numerous minor issues on delivery (hvac wiring, trim flaws, paint spatter, etc.).

We were initially put off by the online reviews, but after talking to some realtors in the area decided to work with KHov. And we're glad we did! We found the right lot and floorplan for us and everything went according to schedule except for the pool, but that was not in their control. Although there were a lot of upgrades that were costly, the end product is something we are happy with and intend to live in for many years. Our builder project manager Mike was very responsive, always attentive to our wishes, and made an effort to fix anything we asked. The design of the house is nicely done and the team, from the sales representative to the homeowner customer service workers, are very nice. The only thing I think it fell short was the interior painting.It should be done a better job. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.

Design process went smoothly, however always a few hiccups with new construction.

Leslye and Scott were fantastic to work with and were always flexible.

Star ratings would be higher if KHov didn't use ESD for low voltage installation. ESD has abysmal correspondence. Also, if KHov drained downspouts into french drains, I would rate them higher. Sitting next to an American Legend home that uses french drains makes me feel bad, knowing that wasn't even an option. Speaking of, the lack of standard options and upgrades that KHov has is a little upsetting.

We really like our home. My only wish is that we did not have to wait for the construction process. I guess it is par for the course when it is customized.

Friendly, courteous, willingness to answer call on day off

Overall we have been pleasantly surprised on the quality of the build and attention to detail. While there were some minor hiccups on several things, many were quickly addressed. Steve K was on many of these issues in a short period of time. Also, watching the different crews build some of the other houses was a real education, this KHOV neighborhood was a well oiled machine.
